I take my pup, Jade, to Noah’s Arf for doggy daycare a couple days a week on average and she LOVES it! The second we turn down the street she starts getting excited and is ready to jump out of the car to start playing with her friends!\n\nI am new to the area so finding a place so soon that helps me feel comfortable and safe leaving my fur baby has been so great. The staff are all so friendly and learned Jade’s name by the 2nd or 3rd drop off. They always have such positive things to say about her and she always comes home wiped out from playing 🙌🏼 we haven’t used overnight boarding services yet but plan to eventually!

Been sending my lab puppy to them for daycare for a few months. I appreciate their flexible pick up and drop off hours and convenient location. Staff are responsive and kind and knew us by name within a few days. We've done short boarding stints with them and have gotten good results. Kona is always happy to see her favorite staff members at drop off, you can tell everyone really cares about animals there.

I have left my Chiweenie at Noah’s Arf one time since the new management took took over. As far as I know, she’s gotten good care there. I really don’t know how I would know much about her care unless I stay a 24 hour period with her. That isn’t reasonable, of course.\nRecently, I was going to send her there. However, the $55 a night fee was prohibitive for me. I was able to get a family member to watch her for the week and paid her instead. On the website, it indicated that small animals get a discount. I asked about that, but they informed me that was only for small animals like hamsters and rabbits in a cage. I know they have the small well-behaved dogs running around in the office during the day. I suggested that they give a discount for those dogs. My response to that request was that “they have they their operating costs”.~~So, unless I get in a real pinch, I will probably use friends or family when I need to leave my little doggy. And now that I have left a review that may is “less than positive,” I will probably not leave her there.

DON'T GO.\n\nMy French Bulldog has weak hind legs from a previous back surgery, which is very common for the breed. This facility advertises that they accept dogs with special needs, so I paid for their required 5-HOUR EVALUATION ($30) before boarding.\n\nAfter the evaluation, they told me my dog passed and was approved for boarding. A few days later, I dropped him off for an overnight stay. About an hour after I left—and while I was already on my way out of town—the OWNER called and told me I had to come back immediately and pick him up.\n\nThe reasons she gave were things their staff should have EASILY NOTICED during the 5-hour evaluation!! Nothing she mentioned was new or unexpected. THEIR FAILURE TO DO THIER JOB BECAME MY EMERGENCY.\n\nThe entire situation was a complete waste of time and money. Even worse was the owner's attitude. The owner was rude, unprofessional, and took zero responsibility for her staff's mistakes. If you have a dog with special needs, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. Poor communication, poor staff training, and very poor customer service.

Noah’s Arf is not only a respectful, and clean environment, but the team CARES about each and EVERY dog. They are obviously trained in the understanding of dog psychology and I have watched my dog grow to be a happier, and more social pup thanks to their day care. My 4 year old Goldendoodle used to be constantly overwhelmed without me, and scared around energetic dogs…now he body slams the door with excitement to see his Paw Pals! They also have such convenient grooming options available while your dog is there. While the cost is totally reasonable for my wallet.. I honestly couldn’t put a price on the relief I feel knowing they are available 7 days a week, my dog is safe, happy, and also not picking up a bunch of bad behaviors (since their floor staff is so great at managing). They say “raising a (dog) kid takes a village” and I would recommend Noah’s Arf to anyone that needs that extra help for vacations, busy schedules, or just to help your pup burn off extra energy.
