Natures Acres Boarding Kennels

I absolutely love natures acres. I have been bringing my dog to them for 3 years. I have never had an issue. They are very informative about how the stay was. Easy drop off and pick up. If you leave a message they are quick to call you back. Best kennel i have been to by far.

We love natures acres. We have a very reactive Akita mix, and it is very difficult to find safe boarding for her. I have felt incredibly comfortable taking her here. We board her and our Shar pei together in a large double kennel. They get very excited whenever we drive up, they don’t even notice when we leave. Whenever there has been a concern with one of the dogs they call us. They appear very confident and experienced with reactive dogs. They are always well cared for when we pick them up.

Our family has used this facility for 1/2 day- day care, grooming and over night boarding. What I've learned is this facility has a prejudice against specific breeds and does not know how to positively correct multiple animals at a time. Communication is not very good. If they tell you something will happen double check they have done it. Sadly this part is a must if you use their facility. With education and additional staff they could be a good place for someone's pets. Camera's need to be installed for the dogs safety as well as staff. With cameras being so inexpensive these days there really is no reason not to have them unless they have something to hide and it seems they do. We do not recommend using any of the options we have.

When we board our dogs with Nature's Acres we can travel with peace of mind that our pups are taken care of. We have a dog that can't be in the same space with other dogs- they have special kennels that actually provide better socialization than what I can do. The staff take special care to follow prescriptions and feeding instructions. We've used both overnight boarding and daycare when we travel or night our dogs out of the house. If there is ever a problem they call to follow up. We trust them with our babies. These are truly dog people. Big thanks to the staff on behalf of Rose & Dexter

Our four dogs love coming here! We're pretty sure our husky-pyrenees mixes would move-in fulltime if we let them.\n\nWe have a unique perspective, because Natures Acres boarded our large dogs for two consecutive months when we first relocated to PDX from NC. We visited our dogs every weekend and they always looked perfectly happy and healthy. Since then, they have kept our whole pack two more times, including for a recent two-week stint.\n\nAll of the employees here are so kind and genuinely dog-lovers, which means the quality of care is top-notch. And every time we visited, we noticed there were constantly people cleaning thorough-out the facility. We felt confident leaving our pups in their care and Leela, Bo, Bandit, & Ernie are looking forward to their next visit!
