They did a wonderful job with our Bruno,he's 16 and they took that into consideration and treated him carefully and with compassion,he looked great when he was done,I recommend Mudpuppies

Worst customer service ever! Complete lack of empathy and disrespect.\n\nHad my girlfriend drop off my dog to be groomed. She put me as the emergency contact and left. She later gets a call asking to come get the dog because she was freaking out(the dog). Mind you I was placed as the emergency contact because she needed to head to work.\n\nMy girlfriend contact me so I left work early to get the dog. Mind you I started to call to try to let them know I was on my way and tried to figure out what was going on... I call 26 times trying to get someone to answer, when someone finally answered they told me my dog started to panic and pooped in the kennel and escaped, so they tied her to the "wall" then they said she just kept "screaming and flailing around pooping everywhere". When I replied she isn't use to being tied to a fixed object and it seems to be having a panic attack. The employee said, "I am not going to listen to this, just come get your dog." Then hung up on me. When I arrived I asked for my dog and they went into the back and closed the door. When they finally brought my dog out she was soaked and weezing.\n\nI could not see what was going on behind the wall but my dog looked as if she was just sprayed with a hose. The level of disrespect and lack of empathy crazy. I will never use them again. They need to get rid of the employee who delt with me.

We’ve been taking our pup to Mudpuppies since we adopted him six years ago. They changed locations to this current location awhile back and the parking situation is a lot better and more calm for our dog.\n\nThe staff is always accommodating and so friendly and sweet to our dog who has trauma from being on the streets and in the shelter. They are very patient with him and always return him back to us super fresh, happy, and handsome. One of the perks I love is that Mudpuppies does a photo shoot of the dogs after grooming so we have such fun photos of our sweet dog to keep forever.\n\nI’ve recommended all my friends and family to Mudpuppies over the years who have dogs and will continue to do so :)

Mudpuppies is awesome!! We have been going there for years. Shar is a top notch groomer. We work with rescue dogs that can have issues from time to time. Shar is patient and gentle with them. After a couple of visits the dogs are excited to see her and ready for pampering. Heather one of the owners is a wizard with cats. We have a 20 pound cat that is skittish and she takes her time and does a great job without traumatizing him. Would highly recommend.

Morgan you are the best. Kind and professional. Thank you for making my dog Lucy looking like a ball of fluff. She's wasn't stressed out and didn't have a bad anxiety. I'm so lucky to find you!
