I booked an appointment easily over text message. My family adopted a new rescue dog that was clearly overdue for a full groom. Our dog came out looking like a new boy (in the best way). They have good pricing and is a local garland business. I will definitely be re-booking with them in the future.

I brought my dog here to the first time. He is a very nervous dog and the care that he got was outstanding and the groomer really loves animals. Thank you so much he looks amazing! 5 stars are not enough I wish I could give her 5 million!

I wish I could give them more stars. Each person I spoke with was kind and helpful. When I dropped my dog off there, the guy asked what length hair I wanted for my dog, there was a chart and everything. I have taken my dog to other places and this was the first time I’ve ever seen this.\n\nWhen it was time for pickup, they text me. When I arrived, the gentleman man was petting my dog and she was very calm engaged with him. She looked great. I feel like I was treated well and so was my dog. I would highly recommend.

I used to be such a loyal customer for 3 years, and the gentleman who normally grooms my Aussie always does a phenomenal job. He always knows to trim the back shorter, but not the rest of the hair, and he understands exactly how we like to keep our dog’s long coat.\n\nThis morning, my husband dropped off our Australian Shepherd, and when it was time to pick him up, I was confused about the price increase. I simply asked if someone could explain what was done.\n\nThe woman at the front didn’t speak English, so she had another customer translate for her. I was told, “different groomer has different prices,” which should have been explained to my husband or me beforehand. We don’t mind paying more — what we don’t understand is why our dog’s hair was cut much shorter than it should have been. It completely takes away from the natural look of our Australian Shepherd.\n\nThe regular groomer always understands the assignment and consistently does an amazing job. Instead, I was told that by a woman with glasses “the longer the hair, the more the money.” After today, I will not be returning. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere, because this experience did not reflect professionalism or respect, especially for a loyal customer who consistently comes in and pays for quality service.

Hadn't ever got my dog groomed. She was nervous at first. But later I found our she was a good dog for her. She was a delight in helping us out with her clipping nails. She bathed her as well. Did an awesome job!!! She smelled great and was sooo happy! Thank you for a great job! I'll come back for sure. Also got me in last minute. Such a sweetie.
