The Cat Connection

I have regularly brought my cats here for grooming and they come out so clean and well groomed. I have boarded my kitties here as well and they were well cared for. It is so hard to find a place like this, if you’re looking for grooming or boarding, I highly recommend!

Unfortunately, my experience was very poor. I was told a same length cut was possible for my cat, but when I picked him up the cut was very choppy and not what I requested/was told to expect.\nThe groomer then said a same-length cut was impossible, which I wish had been communicated upfront or via a call, as I had requested.\n\nAfter discussing how to fix it, they initially wanted to charge me full price ($138) for a second cut, which felt like poor customer service given the issue stemmed from their miscommunication on their part. They eventually agreed to have me pay only the price difference ($23.81), which felt fair.\n\nWhile the final result looked much better, the customer service on both days was rude and made me feel like an inconvenience. Because of this, I would not recommend or return.\n\nPic below of the first hair cut. The second appointment cut turned out okay with a lion cut.

Best cat haircuts. My ladies usually squirm and I was nervous they’d need sedation but the folks at cat connection did a beautiful job on my two cats with just the regular level of oral medication to calm them. So happy to have found this wonderful cat groomer.

Wonderful service by cat connection for our two british shorthair male cats with basic service plus tummy shave, all for a reasonable price. The cats good thru this summer and till next summer, as their thick coat at tummy is now gone. Lindsay was really good with her grooming work and made a good effect on the cats. The cats are much happier now. Highly recommend this place if you hold your cats dear and near to yourself.

Been brining my cat here for a year now and this place is awesome. Reasonable pricing considering everything is pricy now a days. You can also tell my cat feels comfortable here and love that it’s a cat only place so she doesn’t get anxiety from dogs barking, like at other places. They leave my cat Trouble looking nice and clean. Before and after pictures. She has so much hair but they really clean her up nice.
