We are so very thankful for CityDog Addison! With the Texas Heat, our fur-babies can't handle being outside, and CityDog Addison has graciously went above and beyond for our French Bulldog community and is hosting a monthly meet up so our babies can have fun too! Their customer service, and kindness - truly sets them apart. The staff have been so accommodating, understanding, and most importantly -- you can tell they truly love the pups! In addition to the play time for the frenchies, we have also had a bath service -- and Cookie came out smelling fresh, looking fresh, and feeling fresh. They were quick, efficient, and of course - loved her from start to finish! Thank you CityDog for not only helping our community, but being apart of the community!

Great place! My dogs get groomed there, use their daycare and boarding. I’ve been using them for years! I feel like other places are so à la carte with grooming and end up charging you an arm and a leg. Their boarding prices are very reasonable and they have a few different options.

well this company does great work and team up with dog matters. They are clean and fun place . staff new alot and aurora was excited and ready to go in and have fun . She was a temp foster and staff brought their dog to be there to support aroura and have a friend . that was amazingly comforting the thought in that. I would recommend them to anyone that needs to leave there pet to go there located in Addison.

Citydog Club was there for me when I was hospitalized due surgery. What a life saver. My BFF would drop my frenchy puppy Brady off in the morning and pick her up after her work. Meanwhile, I could view my furbaby at play via a camera using their app as she played and interacted with other pups (dogs). This made me so much more relaxed and set me up for a smooth recovery. Very friendly and helpful folks. The boss man Doug is so helpful and looking out for your pups interest. Clean and friendly atmosphere, what more can you ask for??? 😃 nothing...

I had the pleasure of boarding my dog at multiple times when we travel and I couldn't be happier with the experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff's friendliness and professionalism were evident. They took the time to get to know my dog's personality and needs, which immediately put me at ease. Employees LOVE the pups!\n\nThe facilities are top-notch, clean, and spacious, providing plenty of room for the dogs to play and rest comfortably. My dog had a blast with the other dogs and enjoyed the well-maintained play areas. It was clear that the staff truly care about the animals, ensuring they receive plenty of attention and exercise. My Lazy dog perks up with energy and plays around!\n\nIn addition to boarding, I opted for grooming services, and the results were fantastic. My dog came back looking and smelling wonderful, with a beautifully trimmed coat and nails. The groomers clearly have a lot of experience and take great pride in their work. That’s why a grooming opening can take weeks to get!\n\nOverall, city Dog exceeded my expectations in every way. I felt confident leaving my dog in their care, knowing he was safe, happy, and well looked after. I highly recommend their boarding and grooming services to any pet owner looking for a trustworthy and professional facility.\n\nTo our wonderful surprise, our pup runs & pushes to get inside city dogs doors LOL\nI'll definitely be returning!
