The experience has been really good. My dog is happy when he gets out of the car knowing where he’s going and tired when he comes home. I love they have a person with them all day sanitizing after a pet use the bathroom. The webcam is nice to check on what’s happening.

Dexter was groomed by Kendra & she did an excellent job! She clearly loves dogs. When she met Dexter, she got on his level by sitting on the floor - he’s a small skiddish guy at 14ish lbs - and she took the time to walk my husband & I through what to expect. Dexter is a schnauzer/yorkie mix & his grooms in the past have not highlighted his schnauzer-ness. He finally looked like a schnauzer when Kendra was done with him & he didn’t appear stressed. We’ll make some tweaks to the groom next time to fully embrace his schnauzer & yorkie-ness, but so thankful for Kendra’s support & expertise. Wags hotel is a great boarding hotel for your pets. They’re great with communication and were very accommodating. My dog had gotten sick a day after being boarded. But they were quick to notify me and take her to the vet. They were great at letting me know how she was doing. It was great to see all the wag memories pictures because I can see my dogs were comfortable and doing well

The people take great care of my doggos and love them almost as much as I do. It is not just a job for them, they invest their time getting to know our pets and their personalities to better take care of them.

Great first experience. They did a complimentary afternoon call to give an update on how our golden retriever puppy was doing on her first day and we greatly appreciated it. Facilities were clean and staff was very welcoming and friendly. we will be back!
