What pet parents say

I’m visiting from NYC and was looking for an in-home grooming service for my Biewer Terrier. There are a lot of mobile services available, but I believe that Paws R Us is the only company that provides that particular service. Justin arrived promptly on schedule and set up shop in the kitchen, where there was a deeper sink and plenty of counter space. My dog loved him and was very cooperative during her bath and haircut. He was slow and meticulous with his work, and I can honestly say that he gave her the best haircut she's ever had. I would highly recommend Pets R Us and Justin to anyone who is looking to have their dog groomed at home.

We just had our first appt with Paws R Us and Justin who did our service was truly AMAZING! I have a very anxious baby and he was genuinely so great with him! When I saw how my dog interacted with him I didn’t have words and I can’t come up with enough good words to express how wonderful the service was! A true answer to prayers entered our home today as it has been years for us to find such a great company to help us with our fur baby!! I will be telling/recommending everyone (we have a huge family with animal owners/lovers) of Justin and Paws R Us!!

So happy I found Paws R Us! Trimming my dogs nails has been nearly impossible since having a baby, and Kaye came over and trimmed my 2 dogs nails with such ease, professionalism, and friendly manner. I can’t tell you how much of a relief it was. I will definitely be using Kaye and Paws R Us in the future and be telling all my friends and family to use them! Thank you for making this so easy!

This business is the best concept I’ve seen in the grooming industry. I have 6 dogs, so having them groomed at home is a life saver. My groomer, Rowan, is amazing!! She has a talent that you can’t put a price on. My dogs love her and I appreciate her lover for what she does. I recommend this business to anyone looking for professional grooming at home.

If you’re looking for a reliable, sincere, patient, and trustworthy groomer please look no further. After experiencing issues in the past with groomers being too rough or aggressive with my anxious dogs, Kris in the west valley has gone above and beyond for my fur babies. She took her time and really made sure that my babies were really taken care of. I cannot thank her enough. By the end of the service they looked fabulous and were so excited to see her and play with her. I have never had such a comforting experience with a groomer. They turned out absolutely fabulous and they seem so much more at ease and less anxious even today. Thank you Kris.
