Our Iris is a big fan of Hunter Canine, just like we are! She enjoyed in-home boarding and training. Violet always goes the extra mile to make you feel at ease. Iris is a lively German Shepherd mix who has really taken to Violet’s approach and affection. Thanks to Violet, we now have a happy, well-adjusted pup. When we travel, we never hesitate to send Iris to Violet for boarding. She gets to practice her skills and have fun playing with Violet’s own pups and other furry friends at Hunter Canine.

Hunter Canine has been fantastic for us and our dog. We’ve done everything from obedience classes, to board-and-train, and their holiday retreat boarding, and every experience has been amazing!\n\nOur dog’s behavior has improved so much, and it’s clear how much they genuinely care about each dog’s development. They’ve really helped our dog grow into such a well-behaved, confident, and happy dog. My husband and I also truly feel like better, more confident dog owners because of everything we’ve learned from them.\n\nWe feel so lucky to have found Hunter Canine and can’t recommend them enough to anyone looking for high-quality training and care! I am so happy we made the decision to have our wild Rhodesian Ridgeback puppy obedience trained with Hunter Canine. I am completely astonished at what they were able to accomplish during her 3 week stay! She is now well on her way to having perfect manners.

We enrolled our golden doodle in the 3 week training program and could not be happier with the result. Luda jumped on people and did not know how to play well with other dogs. She was over-exuberant and did not read other dogs’ cues—creating a potentially dangerous situation. We hoped to change these behaviors, and to ensure she behaved well enough to walk down the aisle at our wedding. Violet and the team at Hunter Canine corrected these issues and transformed her into a model dog. And, we are happy to report that she walked down the aisle and stayed in a down stay, perfectly behaved, at our recent wedding.

It was absolutely worth the 11-hour drive from Northern California to Hunter Canine's training facility in Arizona. When we first met Violet, I jokingly called her a "dog whisperer," but after seeing her work firsthand and experiencing the results, I can honestly say it's 100% true.\n\nOur 19-month-old German Shepherd has undergone an incredible transformation. The difference is truly like night and day. He's calmer, more focused, listens so much better, and is an absolute pleasure to be around. The training exceeded our expectations, and we are amazed by what he has accomplished.\n\nViolet's knowledge, skill, and ability to connect with dogs are remarkable. She took the time to teach us how to continue reinforcing the training at home, and as she emphasized, daily practice is key to maintaining and building on these results.
