Leaving our beloved 11-year-old Shih Tzu, Dora, for almost a month while we traveled to India was one of the hardest decisions we had to make. Since this was our first time using a pet boarding service in the USA, we were extremely worried and spent a lot of time searching for the perfect place. Traveling to the other side of the world and dealing with the huge time difference only added to our concerns about whether Dora would be safe, comfortable, and happy.\n\nFrom the moment we met Marcene at Grandma's Dog House, we felt reassured. Marcene is truly a gem with the biggest heart and an incredible love for animals. She took such wonderful care of our baby girl and treated her like family. Dora has never been away from us for such a long period, but Marcene made her feel completely at home. Knowing that Dora was loved, cared for, and looked after so attentively gave us immense peace of mind throughout our trip.\n\nIt was clear that Marcene genuinely cared about Dora's happiness and well-being every single day. When we returned, we found a happy and healthy Dora, which meant the world to us.\n\nIf you're looking for a second home for your fur baby, I wholeheartedly recommend Grandma's Dog House. Thank you, Marcene, from the bottom of our hearts, for your kindness, love, and exceptional care. We will always be grateful for everything you did for Dora.\n\nAttached photo is the one clicked by Marcene and sent to us when we were in India 🫶 Our Dora baby ♥️
