I’d go with something like this:\n\nI can’t say enough good things about this place! I accidentally showed up on the wrong day for my dog’s appointment, and instead of turning us away, they were so understanding and still made time for her.\n\nMy dog is very anxious and can be a little aggressive when she’s scared, but they were incredibly patient, gentle, and kind with her. That meant so much to me because I always worry about how she’ll do.\n\nShe got a haircut, her nails trimmed, and her teeth brushed, and she came out looking so cute! You can tell they genuinely care about the dogs they groom, not just getting the job done. I’m so thankful for the care they gave my girl, and we’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

Gavin and his team are fabulous! This was our two-year-old Golden Retriever Nimki's first professional grooming experience (she got a bath and tidy). Nimki was anxious and scared when we arrived and even went to the front door to leave. Gavin came outside and gave her belly rubs, a treat, and a comforting voice, and she decided she would go back in. He went above and beyond to make her feel comfortable. Joclyn did her grooming and did a wonderful job! Our girl was extra soft, fluffy, and happy. I think she loved the pampering and knew she looked so beautiful. Thank you to Gavin and Joclyn (and anyone else who contributed to this positive experience). We will definitely be back.
