Megz did an amazing job with my puppy!\n\nI was honestly very nervous at first. I spent a lot of time looking at prices, reading websites, and comparing groomers in the area to find someone who would be the best fit for my dog.\n\nMy puppy was a stray before I adopted her a few weeks ago, and while she has turned out to be the sweetest dog, bath time has always been a challenge. She gets very nervous around water, especially when her face gets wet, and it can make her panic. Before the appointment, I explained all of this to Megz because my biggest concern was making sure my puppy felt safe and comfortable.\n\nMegz was incredibly approachable, understanding, and patient. She took the time to listen to my concerns and worked with my puppy at her own pace. She even accommodated my request to use a washcloth around her face instead of directly spraying water, which I really appreciated.\n\nWhen I picked my puppy up, I could immediately tell she had a positive experience. She was happy, relaxed, and excited to see me. Her tail was wagging, and she wasn’t acting fearful or stressed at all. Megz explained that my puppy did very well and told me how she slowly introduced her to the water to help build her confidence and make the experience less scary.\n\nMy puppy also got along well with everyone there and was even showing off tricks for treats! It made me so happy to hear that.\n\nThe pricing was very reasonable as well. My puppy’s first bath and de-shedding service was only $45, and she came home smelling incredibly clean and fresh. Megz was also able to trim her nails. Since this was my puppy’s first grooming appointment, she was understandably nervous, but Megz did a great job and even took the time to educate me about what to expect as my puppy becomes more comfortable with grooming visits.\n\nOne thing I loved most was that my dog came home happy. I’ve heard stories of dogs leaving grooming appointments stressed or traumatized, but that was not the case here at all. My puppy came home playful, confident, and comfortable, which speaks volumes about the care she received.\n\nI will absolutely be coming back and highly recommend Megz to anyone looking for a groomer who is patient, compassionate, and genuinely cares about the dogs she works with.
