Melissa was absolutely wonderful! I took my senior cat who was badly matted to grooming for the first time and I don’t know who was more nervous, me or the cat. Melissa put both of us at ease. She shaved off the mats in ten minutes, cleaned up my kitty so she looks great and feels better for the summer. Now she won’t get any more mats for a while, thankfully! Melissa did just the most necessary, super safe and professional, in the quickest time to minimize my kitty’s stress. I was in and out in 15 minutes and the price was unbelievably reasonable! I couldn’t recommend this place more!!!

I’m from out of town visiting my boyfriend, and needed a same-day groomer for my dog after finding ticks on her for the first time ever (she went on a hike with us and I guess the trail had them ). We thought we got them all, but she has longer hair so I really wanted to get her fully groomed just in case plus she needed a trim anyway. I called this place, and they were somehow able to take her in right away which honestly shocked me in the best way.First off, the price was amazing, like one of the most affordable full grooms I’ve paid for in years. Everyone there was super kind and gentle with her (she’s sensitive about her paws), and they took their time with her. While grooming, they actually found and removed two more ticks that we must’ve missed, so I was extra grateful for how thorough they were\nThey were also really understanding about her not being great with other dogs, and worked with her in a way that made her feel safe and calm. I was actually the second-to-last person there that day, and they even stayed past their normal hours just to help us out. So sweet. What I love and have literally never seen before is that they showed me actual samples of different hair lengths so I could pick the exact cut I wanted, even down to how I wanted her face shaped. That was such a cool and thoughtful touch.\nShe came out SO clean, tick-free, her ears and everything spotless, and they even gave her a cute little bandana. She looked so good! She went to the vet the next day for a checkup and got a clean bill of health just needed that grooming love. My boyfriend (her paw dad) paid for it and he also said we’re definitely coming back here every time I’m in town.I’m honestly so thankful they were able to take her in last minute and treat her with so much care. It really meant a lot. Highly recommend this place sweet people who clearly love what they do.

My cat sky had an emergency today needed to get wash . I called them explained everything to them . She said bring her now we will take care of her thank you soo much for taking care of my cat sky best place ! Very friendly people going to come here again

I don't think you understand completely: the reason this place is so fantastic is because they absolutely and completely do care about your pet (for a lot of us, our family).\n\nWe went June 2nd with both of our dogs: a great Pyrenees and an Australian Shepherd. The Australian sheared was met with love and cleanliness and care. Unlike other places that simply shove your dog around to get the best water spray, this place works with your pet and his/her body to clean. She now sparkles with happiness and cleanliness once again.\n\nOur great Pyrenees was incredibly scared at first (it was his first time at a not-at-home shower since he just out-grew the bathroom shower) and hid while the other dog was being washed. The lovely men and women at Because We Care helped him to calm down and enjoy the shower. They introduced the water slowly and allowed him to realize it was such a great place and that he could relax, just like at home. He relaxed so much that he gave us a celebratory belch to signify he was enjoying the towel dry at the end.\n\nWe did the "wash and go" method while we waited. Both dogs cost a combined total of less than 40 dollars.\n\nI will definitely be coming back. I will definitely be telling others of this place. I will definitely tell you that you should try this place.
