Dirty Dogs Torrey Hills

Our fluffy pup Lolli absolutely loves getting bathed at Dirty Dogs Torrey Hills. The team is always so gentle, patient, and upbeat with her, and it shows—she trots in excited and comes out looking like a cloud with legs. For a dog with this much fluff, their setup is unbelievably convenient. The self‑wash stations are clean, well‑organized, and make the whole process fast and stress‑free. We’re so grateful to have a spot that treats Lolli like family and makes grooming something she actually enjoys. Highly recommend for any fluffy dog owners looking for an easy, happy bath experience.

We brought our German Shepherd to Joene because when she did Anna, she did a fabulous job. We even traveled to a distant Dirty Dogs just so she could do Anna. She’s A wonderful groomer I am particularly impressed because she actually got all the soap off of her coat and went the extra mile to make sure she was well taken care of. In the future, I will take her to Joene For all of Anna’s Grooming needs.

Our previous groomer canceled on us at the last minute, and we urgently needed to get our 4-year-old standard poodle groomed. Dirty Dogs was incredibly kind to accommodate us on such short notice.\n\nJuniper did an absolutely fantastic job—this is undoubtedly the best haircut our dog has ever had. Our dog also struggles with anxiety, but because of their cage-free grooming environment, she was happy and relaxed when I picked her up.\n\n10/10 experience. I’ve already booked our next appointment with Juniper! My dog is clearly very proud of how cute she looks, and she turned many heads on her walk after the haircut.

We have been coming here for years, and have always had amazing service for our dog.\n\nRecently I went in, and was immediately told that they are adding a $25 charge for no crates. Mind you this is a service that was always done free of charge. When asked for a reason why, or what is being added, I wasn’t given a clear answer.\n\nThis place does a great job of grooming and cleaning but is turning into a greedy shop. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

I really like this pet shop’s self-service dog wash! It’s super convenient and well set up. They provide everything you need — clean towels, dog shampoo, brushes, and even ear cleaning supplies. The water temperature is nice and warm, and there’s also a dryer so my dog can go home completely clean and comfortable. Highly recommend for anyone who wants an easy and stress-free way to bathe their dog.
