When our regular dog sitter was unavailable during our three-week international trip, we were nervous about boarding our 7-year-old dog Chauk for the first time—as most dog owners he’s truly a family member, and he’d never stayed anywhere overnight.\n\nClub Pet completely blew us away with their incredible support: constant access updates, videos, and texts letting us know exactly how he was doing every day, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away.\n\nThe customizable services let us pick and choose his activities and days (I might have over-planned his “itinerary” a bit to keep him active and loved!), and when we picked him up, there was zero mood change—he was happy, relaxed, and clearly well-cared for.\n\nWe now feel totally comfortable booking Chauk here for any future trips—thank you, Club Pet, for treating him like your own!

We’ve just had a terrible experience with Club Pet and my dog hadn’t even boarded yet. I got a call from the manager only hours before my dog was due to be dropped off because they I sent them a note that I share with all care providers for my dog about his general feeding care, walking, training and commands and his overall behavior. The manager told me that after reviewing this document where I mention that my dog is an anxious dog and has leash reactivity, they decided they would not be able to “adequately care for him” and they are canceling my reservation last minute. Even with me explaining to them that my dog has boarded at multiple other locations many many times and had nothing but good positive feedback, and that his anxious behavior is only at home or being protective of his pack, they did not want to accept him. This is the first time I’ve ever had an issue like this, and the manager seemed rude and unprofessional. If you have a dog that requires any special attention or you have an “anxious” dog, do not take them to this facility. They will decide that they’re not with the trouble and cancel your reservation with little notice. Very disappointing. We were paying for a VIP room and his solo package which they offer.

Club Pet Resorts has been our go-to boarding choice whenever we travel. From the friendly check-in staff to the caretakers who clearly love animals, we always feel confident leaving our dog in their care. They’ve accommodated late-night and super-early-morning drop-offs without any hassle, which is a lifesaver on travel days. The facility is clean and well-organized, and pickup/drop-off times are convenient when you’re on a tight travel schedule. They even offer an airport shuttle and on-site parking if you want to leave your car there. Every trip home, our dog Goose is happy and excited..... a clear sign they were well looked after. Excellent service and peace of mind.

Extremely Disappointing Experience\nI am very disappointed with Hellen Woodward Club Pet. I had to cancel my trip due to a family emergency, and I contacted them three months before the booking date to cancel my pet’s reservation. Despite giving plenty of notice, they refused to refund my $75 deposit.\nIt seems they are only after your money and have no consideration for their customers or understanding of personal situations. Their lack of customer service is astounding. I was a loyal client, but after this experience, I will never use their services again. Save yourself the hassle and find a more understanding and flexible boarding facility.
