Finding a place you can rely on long-term especially with high-energy breeds is rare. Leila and her staff have been CONSISTENTLY EXCEPTIONAL.\nSAFETY is clearly their NUMBER ONE priority. They are attentive, experienced, and always aware of group dynamics, play styles, and individual temperaments. One thing we truly admire is how seriously they take temperament screening. They are intentional about evaluating each dog's personality, energy level, and play style, and they group dogs thoughtfully rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach. That level of care and discernment speaks volumes about their professionalism and commitment to the dogs' well-being.\nAs mentioned, ALL DOGS are thoughtfully supervised and supported throughout the day, and it's obvious they are proactive when it comes to keeping everyone SAFE and COMFORTABLE. Our Boxers get the active, social play they thrive on, while our Aussies receive the structure, engagement, and calm leadership they need. Leila at Precious Petcare has known my corgi Chloe since she was 8 weeks old (she’s now 7!), and she has always loved going there. It had been a while since her last stay, but the moment she arrived, Chloe knew exactly where she was and got so excited.\n\nShe runs around, makes friends, and has the best time—it’s truly her happy place. I trust Precious Petcare completely and wouldn’t leave Chloe with anyone else

My husband & I had Leila as our wedding day pet attendant and it was my favorite decision we made in the entire planning process. Our fur baby is our entire world & having a wedding without him wasn’t an option but we also wanted to enjoy the day & remain present; by having Leila, it gave us the freedom to enjoy our day while also having our sweet boy involved in the big moments. Our dog, Dave, was fed, given plenty of water, walked, and even took a nice nap while watching a movie with Leila. As if that wasn’t enough, the day after we received multiple updates on how Dave’s evening was followed by MANY photos! Our baby boy was given his own personal photoshoot and it truly captured how the day looked from his eyes. I cannot thank Precious Pet Care enough for everything they gave us & Dave on our special day! HIGHLY recommend!

My furbabies, Aly and Jasper, have been attending Precious Petcare regularly since February 2023. Leila and her team are so caring and offer a great environment for pups to socialize and burn energy. I've utilized Precious Petcare for daycare and boarding services. Most recently, I went out of the country for two weeks and was worry-free, knowing that Leila and co. would make sure my babies were well taken care of until my return. I really appreciate the daily reports and regular story posts on Instagram to stay up-to-date on how they're doing, too. I have a cat as well and have used Precious Petcare for in-home cat sitting - no complaints. Lastly, I appreciate the discount provided to military families. I can't recommend Precious Petcare enough.

Finding an in-home sitter for all my critters is nerve-wracking, to say the least. After having a bad experience with a self-employed sitter, spotty availability with another self-employed sitter, and then deciding not to travel altogether, Leila and her amazing team at Precious Pet Care showed me that their high standard of care meant I could be at ease and take vacations again!\n\nI was referred to Precious Pet Care by a dog trainer I know. I was interested in their Golden Overnight Care services, a 24-hour service where the sitter is with my babies all day! In particular, my dogs are extremely attached as they are used to coming to work with me and generally being around me 24/7, so this type of sitter service was a must!\n\nI was given a link to request a meet & greet and schedule the days a sitter was needed in my home and met with my assigned sitter, Kate, prior to my requested days. Ever the worrier about my dogs, cats, birds, and guinea pigs that I would be apart from, Kate handled my bombarding her with information in good stride.\n\nDuring my vacation, I was pleased to see that she sent numerous photos, videos, and updates daily! Kate made me feel completely at ease while I was away and was such a great communicator.\n\nUpon my return, all my critters were happy, and the house was neat and clean! Kate made sure to take the trash out and clean up after herself as well.\n\nTruly a 5-star experience! I would highly recommend their Golden Overnight Care services to anyone who wants to enjoy peace of mind on their next getaway! Thank you to Leila, Kate, and the entire Precious Pet Care Team!
