Found this amazing place on tictok of all places but I’m ever so glad I did. The whole process of booking the appointment to dropping off my spoiled cat to picking her up was amazing. When I called to get more information the guy I spoke to was full of information and took the time to get to know my cats to make sure they would be a good fit there. He asked if the cats were already used to being bathed and having nails clipped. He gave me some great suggestions and then said I was doing a lot of great things to make sure the cats are happy. We were able to to get an appointment for the same week for my one cat who was shedding the most. We dropped her off and the lady who was going to bath her started to talk to her where she could her and made her feel comfortable. I love how big the rooms are and they ( the cat ) has a large space to roam and is not in a small kennel. I honestly think this helped my cat allow someone else bath her and eased my fears of trying somewhere new. Two hours later got a text saying she was ready to be picked up and that she did amazing. When I got there my cat was looking at me like what did you do and why did you leave me 😂 but I could already see how pretty she looked. She looked skinner due to all the hair they brushed off. I can’t wait to bring my other cat in few weeks. While at first the price scared me, seeing everything they did, the price is worth it. They did her toes, cleaned her ears and washed / dried and cleaned her up so nicely. Thank you soo much can’t wait to try the styling they offer.

Our Persian girl just got a Lion Cut and she looks absolutely incredible — and smells even better! You can tell she’s one happy cat. 🐱\n\nThe team here is the perfect blend of professional and warm-hearted. I can’t recommend our pug’s groomer enough! 🐾✨ They did such an amazing job!! From the careful handling to the attention to every little detail, you can really tell they genuinely care about the pets they work with. My pug came out looking so clean, fresh, and adorable (and actually happy too! 😂) They even sent us this adorable photo of our babyy. The whole experience was smooth, professional, and stress-free. It’s not easy finding someone you trust with your fur baby, but they definitely exceeded all my expectations. We’ll absolutely be coming back! 💕🐶

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Feline and Friends and Jen.\n\nI first met Jen and her boyfriend at the Cat Fanciers event in Del Mar. I met a lot of wonderful vendors that day; however, being from Costa Mesa, most were just too far for repeated business. When I met Jen, though, something about her energy stood out. If you meet her, you’ll know exactly what I mean—even if it’s hard to put into words.\n\nI decided to bring my 15-year-old senior cat, Evie, to see her. Jen had already answered most of my questions at the Del Mar event, but she was just as kind at their San Diego location, taking the time to explain everything I still had questions about. I made the nearly hour-and-a-half drive, and it was absolutely worth it.\n\nThe salon is a little tucked-away spot upstairs in a small plaza, but inside it’s very clean and very unique. You can tell they put a lot of thought into every detail of their salon and business model, and that it was thoughtfully designed by two true animal lovers.\n\nMy senior Evie had never had a haircut before. For reference, I kept her after someone abandoned her in my apartment complex about a year ago, and I decided she deserved a spa day. I chose the lion cut for her. Jen made some tweaks based on Evie’s needs, which included a teeth cleaning, ear cleaning, nail trim, bath, and her shave. The price felt very reasonable for the full package.\n\nEvie is a frequent hairball thrower-upper, so I feel this haircut will help keep her feeling cleaner and help both of us when it comes to hairball disgust, lol. Jen was very gentle and took her time with Evie, and when I picked her up, she honestly felt like an entirely new cat.\n\nI will absolutely continue making the drive to have Jen at Feline and Friends groom my cats—that’s how impressed I was. My animals are like my children, and I am very tough about who I trust with them. Jen immediately made me feel like she would treat Evie as if she were her own.\n\nI’m so happy with her cut and the entire experience. I highly recommend Feline and Friends to anyone looking for a skilled groomer who is truly amazing with animals.\n\n(I included Evie’s before and after photos)

She does such an amazing job with my fur kids. I am so glad I found her. She is a gem! I can't thank her enough for all she does! If I could give more stars I would! I forgot to mention, they get report cards! At the end of the groom. I think it is the sweetest touch and I look forward to it everytime. Thank you so much!! We will see you again soon!!!
