We’ve been taking both of our dogs to Bark Out Loud for over 10 years, and we wouldn’t trust anyone else. Lisa is an amazing owner who truly cares about every dog. Even though we live in Santee, it’s absolutely worth the drive for the outstanding dog grooming and care. Highly recommend Bark Out Loud to anyone looking for a caring, reliable groomer!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS:\n\nDue to the negligence of staff, my dog out of their establishment near a busy intersection after I dropped him off for a grooming appointment. The owner’s response was that I’m “lucky they even told me” since they could have easily lied about it and I never would have known.\n\nWhen asked how this happened, the staff member was actually laughing and said “he’s such an escape artist.” Nothing about this is funny.\n\nShe said that he “pawed his way” out of a locked kennel (he’s a 25 lb mini Aussie). Between the kennel area and the front desk area, there is a sliding door, but their staff had haphazardly left that open, allowing him access to a third, poorly manufactured front door.\n\nNo dog should be able to get out of a fully-locked kennel, and no doors to the lobby/outside should be left open.\n\nNot only were they negligent, but the owner was disrespectful and showed a completely lack of accountability or empathy, having put my dog in danger. He ran two blocks before they caught him, and I’m so happy to have him home.

Fantastic and reasonably priced place to bring your pet, ours is a dog, for grooming.\nWe have taken Oreo here for a few years now and have always been more than satisfied with their care and abilities! Our girl always comes back looking fantastic and so clean!

My two Chihuahuas got their nails done. It was quick and very reasonable. The place was extremely clean, the service was awesome I definitely would recommend it.

A bit over $100 after tax and 15% tip for full shave of 55lb dog. Came out mostly good. I mentioned to them to carefully remove feathers between his paws when I dropped him off and they did ok but not great with that. The groom area is behind a closed door which is not preferable in my opinion. I have high standards being a former groomer. Between the price and quality I decided to not return.
