We couldn’t have asked for a better place to take our dog, Zyon. From his very first visit, everyone made him feel comfortable, loved, and well cared for.\n\nEvery time we picked him up, he came back looking amazing, smelling so good, and most importantly, happy. It was always clear that they genuinely cared about him, not just as another client, but as part of their family.\n\nWe’re moving out of the US, so unfortunately Zyon won’t be coming back for his regular baths. Saying goodbye is bittersweet because finding people you trust with your pet isn’t easy.\n\nThank you for taking such wonderful care of Zyon over the past year. We’ll always be grateful and highly recommend you to anyone looking for a grooming team that truly loves what they do.

I love Scenthound! They are so friendly and do a great job. Very affordable compared to other groomers in the area. They give your pet a score card at the end so you know if anything needs improvement. I highly recommend taking your dog here!

I had such a wonderful experience at Scenthound Carmel Valley with my foster dog, Stitch. From the moment we walked in, the staff was beyond kind, welcoming, and accommodating. They treated Stitch with so much patience and love, and took the time to explain every detail of the service, which I really appreciated.\n\nThe lobby was clean, inviting, and stocked with plenty of bath and grooming goodies. The location also has ample parking, making the visit easy and stress-free.\n\nOne of the sweetest surprises was receiving a text message with a photo of Stitch getting lots of love in the tub. It meant so much to see him being cared for so thoughtfully while he was there.\n\nI am incredibly grateful for Scenthound and their partnership with Fido Foster to help foster dogs feel their very best. Stitch received so much affection and attention, and he came out looking amazing, smelling great, and sporting the most handsome smile.\n\nThank you to the wonderful team at Scenthound Carmel Valley for your caring hearts, exceptional service, and for making foster dogs like Stitch feel so special. I decided to give this place a shot for my very anxious/fearful sheltie's first ever professional grooming experience. I was really nervous about how my dog would react, and about making sure she was handled with the utmost care and compassion. I called ahead and was given a generously long and helpful explanation of services and answers to my questions by Shien. Upon arriving, Katie helped us check in and was patient and understanding and helped reassure me and answered some additional questions. I got some updates throughout the service which really put my mind at ease! When my dog came out, she was not even the same dog I walked in with: she was confident and excited and even greeted a stranger in the lobby! The staff said she did amazing and I am confident that she was handled with love and care throughout this process based on how happy and relaxed she was leaving the appointment. I am so pleased with our experience here and we'll definitely be coming back.

An outstanding experience, for the both of us. Gromit and I were greeted by kind, pleasant people that he immediately took to. They took good care of him, communicated well with me, and he obviously enjoyed it.\nFacility is clean, the setup is smart, the staff are clearly informed and motivated, and the entire experience was excellent.
