I had an excellent experience getting my dog groomed at Crystal's! She was very professional and handled my dog with great care. My dog was very unkempt and her fur was extremely matted. Despite this she did an amazing job and my dog looks much better now. Crystal took the time to explain to me why that when a dog's fur get matted it doesn't actually keep them warmer and can actually restrict blood flow in severe cases--something I didn't know about. I'll definitely be coming back. Thanks Crystal :)

Had our first appointment this week and will definitely be coming back. I’ve been to a few different groomers in Denver since I moved here a few months ago and Crystal was by far the friendliest we’ve seen. My standard poodle has never done well with grooming and needs someone who is extremely patient. I could tell Crystal took her time with her and made sure she was comfortable! She did a great job and her haircut is exactly what I asked for! Would highly recommend to anyone who had an anxious dog that needs a little extra time and love to get groomed.

Brought my XL senior dog in for the first time this week and Crystal did an amazing job! She was very communicative and mindful of her age/size!\nPricing was also very reasonable, with a free brush out included within 2 weeks of grooming.\nMy dog came back trimmed and clean, and I couldn’t be happier!

Oakley loves his spa days with Crystal! He always comes home looking so handsome and smelling amazing. Crystal pays such close attention to detail and always remembers what we like. She’s so sweet, responsive, and just a joy to see every few weeks. Honestly, I couldn’t imagine taking him anywhere else!
