My dog Bruno just had his first grooming session with Junior. Junior was so patient and definitely takes care during the entire process to make sure the dog is comfortable. Bruno looks great! Would highly recommend.

This was my first time book with Lou-Lou Pets Grooming! Junior was amazing with Hudson, who is as anxious as they come. Junior was great at making Hudson feel comfortable and giving him the perfect haircut!

I found LouLou Pets Grooming based on the needs for my cat to get her nails clipped. It had to be at home as she would is very feisty about getting into a carrier. The website asked me for three dates that worked for me. When I received a confirmation, I informed the groomers through text message that my cat is spicy and she doesn't allow people to cut her nails often. (Which is the reason we reached out). They said not a problem, they will send Junior who deals with cats like this.\nI received a text message a reminder, then a 20 min notification that Junior was on his way.\nJunior was amazing. He was kind and my cat seemed to go to him straight away. He was very calm around her. For a cat who hisses and tries to claw everyone in sight of you pet her the wrong way, she didn't mind him. When he picked her up to cut her nails, we saw a different cat. She meowed and hissed at him but he didn't seem to mind. He was even able to cut the nails ok her hind legs, something I haven't been able to do since she was a kitten. She didn't claw him nor bite him and we gave her some wet food as a reward. Honestly it took us longer to pay him due to technical issues then the amount it took for him cutting her nails.\nI am very grateful and satisfied with his work and the way customer services works at Lou-Lou Pets. I highly recommend them.

Lou Lou small dog 🐕 Grooming is the BEST small dog groomers in NYC. Over the last 6 years I’ve went to several grooming shops with great disappointment! These groomers were not only unprofessional but also very poor workmanship. Lou Lou Groomer Junior was very gentle, articulate caring and patient with my dog. He was compassionate and attentive and absolutely professional. The service was excellent and the grooming was impeccable! The grooming services provided was excellent!
