I would not recommend. My dogs are small Poodle mix and Shitzuh mix and have never had complaints from previous groomers , if anything they are considered fairly easy to work on. Michelle , with years of experience does not measure up to the quality cut i usually get them for way less elsewhere. One of my dogs nail was cut too much and bled ( it wasnt even a black nail) and she gave him away like that saying “ he was difficult with his nails”…..never heard that from a groomer prior to this as hes usually shy and easy. Completely unprofessional to hand him over without letting me know and also not having any powder on hand to stop the bleeding. It was only when i told her that his nail was bleeding that she said “put some flour on it”. No apology or accountability for her mistake . In all my dogs 11 years of grooming , this has this never happened to him.I understand this service is a luxury but the haircuts were subpar….no attention to detail. Choppy ,not proportional , random long pieces not cut for $125 each. I was not made aware of the price until after i dropped him off and she made her assessment, she texted me his hair cut will be “$170”. I was expected to ask questions on the price prior to the appointment, instead of being transparent from the beginning. A simple starting price would be greatly appreciated, for ex: “small dog full service with no matting or issues starts at $125”. I was not made aware of an extra “service fee” of $15 , a $60 light conditioner total for both that i was never told about or asked to be added on the invoice ( they dont have tangled hair) . I feel scammed for the quality of service, ive had better haircuts for $100 total for both. I tried to give Michelle a chance to own up to her mistake by bringing the bleeding nail up and asked her for a cost breakdown but it seems she lacks honesty , transparency, and accountability. I am a very understanding person but for this price these haircuts and mistakes made is completely unacceptable.\n\n*edit: as seen in the screen shot i asked for a cost breakdown before she started the appointment and received no reply. Had she replied i would have asked to not add the light conditioner. Again no apology for making my dog bleed but thanks for your “care”.

Michelle did an amazing job with our super nervous 16 year old dog! It was not an easy groom but she had a lot of patience and worked well with Bambi. We appreciate her so much!
