Urban Tailz

Urban Tailz is a great service and offers a range of care and flexibility making them borderline essential for a dog in the city!\n\nOn a normal walk, they take care to pair trained walkers with dogs over long periods to build relations and trust. Lexi has been walking Leo for 6 months and he LOVES her. The substitute walkers are fantastic too and go out of their way to make Leo feel comfortable. It is great knowing that Leo is getting perfect, 1:1 care on walks.\n\nWhere Urban Tailz excels even further is on pop-up needs. Urban Tailz has been great for requesting additional walks for Leo! It’s fantastic knowing he can always get attentive, high quality care whenever needed!\n\nPlus, Lexi always takes the best photos.

As someone that has worked in the pet care industry, I am very selective about who I trust my dogs with, and I HIGHLY recommend Urban Tailz!\nThey’re very thorough with the onboarding process. They’re highly responsive and excellent with communication. They are also very accommodating to my particular requests and my dogs’ quirks.

We've been using UT for 6+ years and they are fantastic. Great flexibility and support via the app, which I love. The report after each walk is amazing. Both of our rescue pups were/are tricky to walk, and the walkers have been professional and able to handle them.

I love Urban Tailz! Although my partner and I work from home, my partner has chronic pain issues and I am in tons of meetings throughout the day, so Urban Tailz has really made my life easier. It’s so easy to schedule with them, even when it’s last minute. Taro has a habit of picking up trash on the street, and all of his dog walkers have done a great job of keeping him safe. They are so loving with him - I can tell he has a great time. Also, their adventure walks are my favorite service! It’s so great that they are able to get the dogs out having fun in more natural habitats. I can tell from all the pictures that Taro is truly living his best life on his adventures. He always sleeps for hours after he comes back! And as you can tell, they take amazing photos! Special shout out to Jillian who I think is Taro’s favorite :)

We’ve been using Urban Tailz for our dog for years and have had nothing but wonderful experiences. He’s a bit challenging and they’ve been so kind and patient with him. Highly recommend for dog walking and in-home pet sitting!
