KIND BUSINESS ALERT\nFrom the moment you call, you know you are calling someplace special. Eden, the receptionist, takes her time to explain your options. Roughly it is $80 for a 4 hour groom, teeth, nails appointment. There are other add-ons all reasonably priced. Once you arrive, everyone is so kind and caring. You can just feel the positive energy when you walk in. I was fortunate to have Heather as my groomer, but they all seem so nice. There are many other pet care places in the area, but will not find the positivity and passion like you do at Roger's Bark. In fact, Bark Place on Greenleaf, never even called me back and it's been over a week. Bottom-line - Roger's Bark will exceed your expectations!

My Shih Tzu, Lea, had an absolute blast at Roger’s Bark Pet Salon Inc. She received top-notch care and looked absolutely stunning when I picked her up. The staff was incredibly friendly and trustworthy, making it easy to communicate with them. Lea will definitely be returning soon!

I’m so glad we found Roger’s Bark for our standard poodle. They came highly recommended for poodles by another groomer who was short on staff and couldn’t fit him in. This was our 7-month old puppy’s first groom at a groomer (his breeder had groomed him at home previously) and we weren’t sure what would be best for him as his adult coat is starting to come\nin. We discussed some options and looked at some photos and she helped me pick a cut that would be easier to maintain at home but still keep length on his legs. She did an incredible job and gave him a beautiful cut and made an extra effort to get him ready on time even though you never know how long a first groom will take. She helped educate me on what we can do at home to help him for his next groom and was flexible about scheduling his next appointment and working with us to see if we can do some maintenance at home. He looked completely happy and relaxed when I came to get him and clearly loved all of the staff. Everyone we spoke to was so friendly, kind, and lovely. And the shop itself is in a beautiful location (see photos to see our guy in front of the shop. I can’t say enough nice things about Heather and her team, and if you are a poodle owner, this is your place!

I've been coming here for 6 months since I adopted my dog earlier this year (a husky mix). He's from a shelter and I wasn't sure how he'd do with grooming. When I first took him in I warned the staff that he can sometimes be mouthy (he's a husky mix - very communicative about what he likes/doesn't like - but not aggressive). It took a few visits but the last 2-3 he's been getting rave reviews on how good he was doing.\n\nSo 6 months in, I drop him off for his usual and get a call an hour later with a vague description that he "came after" the bather and "got her sweatshirt", so they wouldn't finish the groom. I go to pick him up, they charged me half price for barely a bath and were very obviously treating me like a second class citizen. I asked for video footage (as I feel is my right) so I can understand the full picture and work with him on it and also be able to communicate in the future things he likes/doesn't like. I don't know what "go after" means in this context, I think they didn't want to say "attacked" but I know my dog and he wouldn't do that unprovoked or without clearly communicating in advance.\n\nWhen I asked for video footage the salon went quiet and it got awkward (again I explained why - I got a vague explanation I deserve to know the full picture) and I was told the owner would follow up with me on it.\n\nThey made me go in the back to get him, he's soaking wet in his crate, very diminished. It wasn't said explicitly but I got the insinuation that we wouldn't be allowed back. He spent the rest of the day at home in a very defensive/protective state.\n\nSince this, the owner has not called me on the date they said she would and I still have received no further context or information as to what happened.\n\nI'm disappointed they wouldn't give someone who'd been coming regularly more information and treat them so coldly. Giving two stars because we had previous good experiences on the surface, but questioning a lot of that after this incident.

My lab mix was straight up molting this week, she looked like a bird it was so bad, but I didn't have the energy to deal with it. I called Rogers Bark and they got her in for a groom (brush, bath, nail trim, etc) same day, they quoted 4 hours but she was done in under 3! And she looks and obviously feels so much better without all that extra hair. Plus both my senior girls love Rogers Bark, we bring both in for nail trims regularly! There's no dragging them in, they go in willingly and love sniffing all the treats you can buy and they love all the folks there that are just so kind! We 💜 Rogers Bark!
