AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I couldn't be more disgusted with the service I just received.\n\nSince zero stars isn't an option they get one. My dog was scheduled for grooming and he was wasn't being too co-operative. Told me they gave him a bath and we should come and get him.\n\nThey proceeded to charge me $50 for a bath, the full grooming is $65. $50 for a bath!!!!!!!\n\nI couldn't be more disappointed, I've been going there for years for food and grooming for all three of my dogs.\n\nYou've just lost a customer for life!!!!

THIS REVIEW IS ABOUT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE.\nToday I took my dogs for a nail grind service. The dog groomer was great. They always are but I am giving 1 star to this place because of the customer service, specifically the front desk employee named "JODY." I've been taking my dogs here for the last 5 years. A year ago I adopted 2 Chihuahuas and since then they have gone for several grooming sessions. They obviously have on file their vaccinations records. You can't get service without that. Jody tells me he does not have them on file. He only has Balthazar's ( my dead dog). I have sent them months ago. They would have never be seen without them. He started talking to me loudly. He is a large, tall White man. Very intimidating. People started looking at him ( he was facing me so he could not see how they were starting at him). I started looking for my dog's vaccinations. I asked him to lower his voice and he said "this is how I speak." "If you can't provide this , we'll have to refuse service." I did not reply as I realized I was talking to a non-reasonable person. I found the docs and the pets were taking care of. I will not return and I feel this employee needs to learn how to respectful to clients, specially women.

We feel so lucky to have this store nearby us. Their selection of food is high quality, and our dog loves getting her pig ear as a treat whenever we stop in. :)\n\nWe also are a HUGE fan of their groomer, Jordan! Chai always comes back look UNBELIEVABLY cute from them, and they are our preferred groomer for her hands down!

Edit: I took my dog in after being reached out to by the owner, we were suggested to book with Stephanie to give Kriser’s another shot and so glad we did! I gave Stephanie just a few notes on his groom and she did an amazing amazing job. This might be one of the best cuts he’s ever gotten! Glad we decided to book with a new groomer and we’ll definitely be bringing him back to Stephanie ❤️\n\nInitial Review:\nTook my dog in for a groom as I just moved to Chicago and was trying to find a new spot. Overall, it was very okay. His haircut wasn't messed up terribly, but his haircut was choppy all over and his hair lengths were uneven across his body. I also paid for a full groom and expected his sanitary parts to be cleaned up but was surprised to see that his underbelly was left completely untouched. Also, although the hair all over his body had been cut, his face was left almost untouched, he still had had growing out over his eyes and around his mouth.\n\nFor the price I paid for a full body groom I'll probably never bring my pup here again

Usually go in to get my dogs nails trimmed here and am typically happy with that service. This time I just wanted a beard/face trim for him and am blown away to find that in between his eyes and halfway up his nose were shaved down to the skin. I made the mistake of not checking it out until we got home, but there’s not much that can be done other than wait for it to grow out again. The groomer was a nice guy, but this is just really disappointing - most likely won’t be going back after this. There are multiple groomers there so I can’t say this is a reflection on everyone.
