This was our first visit to this grooming place and last one. I have two 11 month old puppies, maltipoo and cavapoo. One of my puppies hair have matted and I was aware of that. No problem.\nFrom the moment we entered the place is not welcoming at all. The energy in there was weird\n\nSo many dogs arrived at the same time. Very disorganized and large dogs were majority which scared me of my dogs and I kept thinking about them until I picked them up.\nI asked for ears to be done a certain way, that was not done. And the way I was spoken to was “what’s wrong with them”. It actually wasn’t even even. First impressions and how you talk to people is important. We just moved to Glen Ellyn but I will be driving back to my former groomer where both dogs and I feel welcomed.\n\nI had to edit my review. I will be calling this business first thing in the morning. One of my puppies was hurt and it just started showing bruising on his sack as he is not yet nuterred. He refused to walk today and acted weird all day I had to call my vet. He is bruised and in pain. He is prescribed antibiotic for infection and cream. Avoid this place. This is awful.\n\nDino is not fine. In fact, doctor is asking to see him tomorrow again as his back legs are shaking. He doesn’t want to walk or can’t. Look at your video as if anything happens to him, you will be responsible. Nobody in their right mind would try to lie about something so disturbing.

From the moment I saw Randi grooming a wire fox terrier in the window of her Lombard shop, I knew this was the place for us. Back then, my wire fox girl was just a puppy. Millie is now 10, and we've enjoyed nothing but great service, excellent results, and a good friendship with Randi since 2014. Randi is now in Glen Ellyn in a beautiful place of her own – and even though I moved to Indiana three years ago, I still come back every 8 weeks or so with Millie. Randi is patient and knows how to properly groom our dog. And wires can be feisty! Millie certainly can be quite bratty, but Randi handles her with expertise and kindness. I trust her completely and would not consider going anywhere else. –Kim in Valparaiso

As always, Gino (standard poodle) looks fabulous after his spa day. Added benefit: He plays, and plays, and plays with the other willing clients. He loves visiting Pawfect Styles.

I found Randi 14 years ago. My rescue pup, Larry, was so afraid of the "big world". I took him to a few groomers and he did not do well. Then I found Randi! She won him over first visit. He went in scared and came out calm and content. Pawfect Styles was one of the few outside places he truly loved to go. I brought my new dog for her first grooming. She had been chewing on her tail and paws. Her skin was so irritated. Randi is the best. As always, She knew what to do to relieve her discomfort. Her skin is no longer red and she hasn't chewed on herself.

I have a very nervous Australian Shepherd named Gracie. Her coat, at times, is absolutely FERRAL! (and beautiful ofcourse lol). We followed Julia to this location from her previous. She does the most amazing job with our pup! The softness of her coat, the perfectly lined hygiene cuts and the rounded off nail trims are a testament to Julia’s pride in her work. We are so thankful to find a groomer that has the right touch, as well as skill, for our skiddish double coated queen! (Picture is from day of groom)
