I came to get a full grooming and bath for my 11 year old senior dog 3 weeks ago. My dog suffers from arthritis in his back leg so I made sure to warn the groomer about this beforehand so they could be more careful/gentle with him. When we returned home, my dog began limping from his front paw, something that has never happened before. I reached out the next day and asked if an accident had happened during his grooming and they said that everything went fine. But something had to have happened if my pup was now limping and in pain after his grooming when he was never displaying those signs ever before... The first 2 days he didn't put any weight on his paws, and after lots of rest and medicine, he began using his paw again. But it was clearly not the same as it was before, he now applies less pressure on it and has more difficulties during his walks. 3 weeks later and my dog woke up today limping and unable to use that same front paw. Now I have to go to the vet and spend thousands of dollars on x-rays, medicines, and maybe even surgery all because of taking him to this place. I would give 0 stars if I could. I wanted to warn others about my experience here because this is NOT okay.
