Novi is the BEST. I’ve taken my pup here for the haircut and bath and every time has been fantastic. She always comes back clean, happy, pretty, soft, and smelling amazing. She gets so many compliments, everyone thinks she’s a puppy, and she’s so clean and fluffy even two weeks later because the cut was so well done.\n\nMy highest recommendation ☺️

Just not happy after being there for 3 years. Sad to go but didn’t feel heard when I let them know the last couple of times I wasn’t happy. It was clear someone else was cutting my dogs hair. This was the best place around! My wheatens breed standards haircut got butchered. The tail was a half shaved Cotten ball tail. The fall is clearly cut at the bridge of the nose. The beard was cut around 3 inches and should have barely been trimmed. First 3 are the new “cut” 4 th is side by side weeks apart. Last three photos are the Pervious years. If you would have asked for photos you would see why I wasn’t happy. Told me you would follow up you never did. You made me feel bad for bringing this to your attention when that was your request for day 1 when I started with you. I would have paid the price for a good haircut this ball was seriously dropped.
