Jennifer is wonderful!! My dog is almost 16, high anxiety, and has had the same groomer for 10 years (they retired).\n\nI looked for someone who would be gentle with my boy - he’s difficult to groom. Jennifer couldn’t have been kinder - called me to check in mid groom, didn’t push him too hard when he was nervous - a wonderful experience!\n\nAnd his haircut is symmetrical - he hasn’t had an even mustache in years!!\n\nHighly recommended!

We couldn’t be happier with the amazing service Jennifer provided at Happy Dog Grooming! She took such great care of our mini poodle, Chip, and gave him the best grooming. Chip came out looking absolutely adorable. You can tell Jennifer truly loves what she does - she was patient, gentle, and made sure Chip was comfortable the whole time. She called us to keep us updated throughout the grooming process, which we appreciated. She only takes one dog at a time, also a plus!\n\nChip can sometimes be a little nervous, but he was so happy when we picked him up. The attention to detail and sweet atmosphere at Happy Dog Grooming makes it our go-to place from now on.\n\nThank you Jennifer, for taking such great care of our pup!

We just got back from our first visit to Happy Dog grooming spa, and truly the name of this place is perfect. Crumb, my 10 year old toy poodle, has only had 1 groomer until very recently when she closed her shop. After a bad experience at another popular pet spa in park ridge, I received 2 RAVE reviews for Jennifer from two people I very much trust. Jennifer is SO sweet and I could immediately tell my dog was calm and happy (hence the perfect name!) in her hands. I felt confident prior to meeting Jennifer in person just from talking to her on the phone. I can tell she really loves dogs and I think my doggo felt that too. Thank you for taking such good care of Crumb, she looks and smells wonderful. I wish we found you sooner, but happy to have you now. We look forward to seeing you again in a couple months!

What a wonderful experience! Mrs. Jennifer is a great groomer; but what makes her special goes beyond her skills. The kindness, consideration, patience, and empathy towards our dog "Maggie" and "us" from an owners perspective is something rarely found these days. I highly recommend Happy Dog Grooming Spa!

Jennifer is THE BEST! She only has one dog at a time so there’s no crating, no risk of dogs getting sick from each other, and extra attention is given to your pet! She takes both of my little dogs at once so they get to hangout together which helps them feel more comfortable. She is very communicative and calls if there is anything going on with your pups! I have taken my dogs to MANY different places and Jennifer is the best by far. She will try her hardest to brush out knots and matts so they don’t need to be completely shaven, and they always look perfect after each groom. She is very personable, great with the dogs, and a wonderful groomer.
