Outstanding service from Francisco at the Lincoln Park Men’s Wearhouse. He was professional, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable, and he made sure I found the perfect fit. I left feeling confident and excited about my purchase.\n\nComing from a background in retail management myself, I can honestly say Francisco embodies what true customer service should look like. His attention to detail and customer-first mindset really stood out.\n\nAfter a very poor experience at the Michigan Ave location—where the staff was rude, inattentive, and lost out on a $2,000 sale—this visit completely restored my confidence in the brand. Because of Francisco, I’ll absolutely be returning to this location.

Edit: Had to knock this down a star. When I came to pick up my tux the employees were slow and unhelpful (and did not seem to care about customer service). Overall I think still a good place but your experience depends on which employees are there to assist.\n\n***\n\nFantastic tux rental experience. Ask for Lena - she is incredibly easy to work, and she made the experience enjoyable and fun!

Had an outstanding experience getting my suit fitted here. Marion was super helpful and walked me through the whole process since it was my first time getting a suit fitted. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure I knew what was happening at each step. She answered all my questions and even helped me decide on the hem length when I wasn’t sure what I wanted. The suit fit perfectly for the wedding I attended and I got a lot of compliments. Came back a second time for another wedding and she was just as great! Highly recommend!

I cannot express enough how much of a great experience my fiance and I had. We came in a few months back for suits for our wedding in December and Marion helped us. Since day one she has been very helpful and very excited and happy for us. We had other questions after our fitting and she helped us as well. Picking up our suits, it was such a breeze. The suits fit like a glove. I’ve never had a suit fit as great and be as comfortable as this. I’m very happy and excited to put on the suit for our wedding day. Thank you for being a part of our wedding day!

Outstanding! Phenomenal suits over here, I drove over 45 minutes to get here but so worth it! Amazing suits, fantastic collection, they even have great discounts. The fitting was amazing, the alteration was done in a day. I loved the service, if you go in do as for Seth or Becca, they're phenomenal for their outstanding service and it was an amazing experience being there. Will 100% be back to get more suits!
