Got my dog INFECTED ON HIS PENIS from the Yuppie puppie . We are not the first time here we have been a few times\nWe took him on Thursday for FULL GROOM , full bath , teeth cleaning , ears cleaning nails file and trim I asked to cut around his but area ( if you have long hairs dog you know it easier to deal with when they go potty )\n\nhe has been licking we thought just regular cleaning turned out it must be HURTING HIM\n\nSo we took a closer look the haircut is way too short.as you can tell in the pictures\n\nWe have been here a few times in the past but moved out of town and never have a problem until we came back again\n\nI don’t know if they tried to rush to finish the appointment since we are the last appointment for the day

Now this is a beautiful, well run dog grooming spa! Loved how friendly and knowledgeable the staff are. Really loved that they are clearly familiar with proper cuts for each breed. The place ( other than the fur clippings) is immaculately clean - and without any funky wet dog smells. We’ll be back.

Just the best grooming place I have ever used!! Even though my pup has anxiety with groomers they always shower him with love and attention. I love that they always give me a rundown of how his grooming went.

We’ve been taking our pups to Yuppie Puppy for years, and up until recently, they’ve been one of the best groomers we’ve trusted with our dogs. That’s why this is so upsetting and honestly hard to believe.\n\nIn two separate situations, I’ve experienced what I consider serious negligence regarding my dogs’ health. The first time, one of my pets had what looked like a mild seizure or tremors while there. I was only told about it when I arrived to pick her up. No phone call. No heads up. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and let it go.\n\nBut now it’s happened again — and this time it was worse.\n\nWhen I picked up my other dog, he was panting heavily, almost like he was having an anxiety attack or was severely overstimulated. His tongue was purple and he clearly wasn’t breathing properly. He was even throwing up. I was then told, casually, “Oh, he’s been like that the whole time.”\n\nFirst of all, we did not drop him off in that condition. Second, if he truly was like that the entire time, why wasn’t I called immediately? Any reasonable person would think to contact the owners if a dog is in distress — especially for over an hour. That’s basic care and common sense.\n\nI am beyond disappointed. When you trust someone with your pets,(your family)you expect them to act quickly and responsibly if something is wrong. The lack of communication and urgency in both situations is deeply concerning.\n\nI truly hope this review makes them take a hard look at how they handle situations involving a pet’s health and safety, because no pet owner should ever have to pick up their dog and find out after the fact that they were in distress the entire time.

I’ve been taking my girl, Winnie, here for the last three years and they always make her feel (and look) incredible. Today they added these bows and it made my day turn around for the better. I don’t trust very many people with my pup, but I really do trust them. They’re kind and their attention to detail is amazing. I really just appreciate them so much! Thank you to their team and owner!!
