A fantastic store. I was there at the end of November when I was on vacation to buy something for my dog.\nShe loved the Christmas cookies, and the gingerbread man toy is the best we've had so far. She has already destroyed so-called indestructible teddy bears, but this toy has withstood everything so far.\nBy the way, the staff were also super friendly.\nBest regards from southwestern Germany, I hope you'll still be there when I visit again.

Tails in the City is such a great dog boutique! Worth going out of your way from the main shopping street to visit for a Chicago souvenir for your dogs waiting at home. Staff is so sweet and just as dog-obsessed as I am, they really can help with finding the perfect accessory or treat for your dogs/cats. I bought my dog a “Chicago Hot Dog” so he could have a piece of the city and he absolutely loved it! I’d absolutely come back next time I’m in Chicago.

Beautiful place that I just discovered yesterday! My pug was crazy to go inside, and when he entered he looked like a kid in a toy store 🧸🥰😍 I was so happy to see him happy! We got some treats but definitely we will be back soon to get toys and outfits for my dog 👌🏻❤️

This is a late review.. when we lived in the city this was our go to store. We’ve bought multiple products and treats, and they’ve always been great. Might be pricer.. but I am beyond happy with the quality of products. We have jackets and tags from 2022 that we use all the time, and they are as good as new. Whenever I’m back in the city, I always make it a point to stop by.

Had such a fun time shopping here for my dog's first Gotcha Day! They have a great variety of plush toys in different sizes, of course many are a fun play on various luxury brands. I also picked out some clothes for my dog and a treat. The staff was very helpful and welcoming!
