We boarded our cat while we had to be out of town and reluctant since this would be her first time in a hotel. What a fun place. It is a true hotel and the rooms are so well appointed. Our little fur-baby had a lot of to relax on, climb on, play with, and even had some special play time. They made her a kitty cocktail as a treat!\n\nSo nice to have a cat-exclusive boarding option.\n\nThanks for taking care of our baby!

it was my very first mobile grooming so I was a bit skeptical at first however it turned out really good and I'll definitely be booking another appointment the soonest I can! Lauren's energy ( the person whom bathed my cat Yoyo) was so friendly and sweet ,I felt comfortable lending Yoyo (my cat) to Lauren for the bath! She explained the process well and was very generous even gave her a little present ( which was a nice flowery collar that complemented her eyes) and though Yoyo is a very shy cat I can tell she treated her with respect!! And the prices are reasonable and so well worth! Thank you!

Lauren is so knowledgeable and kind. Very caring and compassionate. Pip looks so fresh and clean after his grooming. Lauren is so gentle with our senior fella. (14 years old.) We look forward to his grooming. Thanks for such a pleasant experience.

Cannot thank the owner enough for the lovely experience my cat and I had with Purrvana. I own a two year old Ragdoll cat who was in need of a permanent groomer to maintain his coat. The booking process is simple and fast and the owner was super responsive to my questions/concerns. I thought the price was great for the convenience of mobile grooming and was so impressed with his overall results. I appreciate the extra steps she took to make my cat feel comfortable and tailor the grooming process to his specific needs. The owner is an expert in her field and has so much love for the animals in her care. I would recommend checking out the @purrvanachicago Instagram for a closer look at her adorable clients.
