In one of the most painful moments of my life, this company treated my little dog Ramses 🐾with the respect, love, and dignity he deserved. From the very first contact, I felt empathy, patience, and truly compassionate care. They gave me peace during such a difficult time, and I will always be grateful for the sensitivity and care with which everything was handled. Thank you for accompanying us with so much respect during such a hard goodbye.

I highly recommend this place to anyone who has recently lost their beloved fur baby.\nWe showed up completely unannounced and heartbroken on a Sunday, and we ended up speaking to Matt on the phone. He told us he had an appointment at 1:15 but if we came back at 1:45 he would be more than happy to see us and accept our sweet Mustang. He was absolutely wonderful, he wasn't pushy at all, he did upsell us on a Christmas ornament with our old man's face on it but I was more than happy to pay the extra $ for as many mementos as I could get.\nHe gave us as much time as we needed to say our final goodbyes to our old man, and then he carried him away. I turned to look one last time before I left the shop and Matt looked at me so reassuringly and said "Don't worry, we're going to take good care of him" and I fell apart, I absolutely lost it because that was the sweetest thing I could possibly hear in that moment.\n\nFast forward to today, a little over a week later and I got the text that Mustang was ready to be picked up and taken home. We were driving from Lubbock back to San Antonio and we originally called and told them we would be there at 5:00. Due to some misadventures on our trip it was actually closer to 7:00 when we got there, and even though they technically close at 6:00 they promised me somebody would stay behind so I could pick my old man up on the way home, and they absolutely kept their word, which not many places will do that these days and that meant the world to me.\n\nOur memorial package was even more beautiful in person than in the photos we saw online, right down to the custom (albeit inappropriate) engraving on our candle votive. I wasn't sure they would actually accommodate the request due to the foul language but it is an inside joke among family and friends who knew and loved Mustang and I was absolutely blown away that they had accommodated the request.\n\nI can't speak more highly of this place than I plan to go forward, everybody we spoke to in this process was so compassionate and caring and nobody pushed us into buying products we weren't interested in and nobody ever made me regret driving over 2 hours from San Antonio to place my baby in their care and then trust them with his cremation.

Unfortunately I have had to use Paws In Paradise three times over the past 2 years. Most recently two times in two weeks. My 22 year old cat Psycho who passed from old age and my 8 year old Norwegian Elkhound dog, BitBit, who I had to have put down due to cancer exactly two weeks later. With both of my babies, they were kind, caring, and compassionate. They gave me time to say Goodbye a final time before taking them. I feel like they were all in good hands when I left. They never tried to upsell me to a higher priced package and the boxes they came back in are beautiful! They even checked with me twice to make sure that BitBit’s name would be correct on the plaque. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to get their fur baby cremated. While I hope it is a long time away, I will be taking all my fur babies here for their final place before I take them home to be with me until it is my turn. Thank you to all the staff for being understanding and caring during this time.

"I cannot express how grateful I am for the compassionate and respectful service we received at [Crematory Name]. During such a heartbreaking time, the staff treated us and our beloved pet with genuine care and dignity. The facility was peaceful and beautifully maintained, which offered us comfort during our goodbye. They provided thoughtful personalized keepsakes that we will cherish forever. I highly recommend them to anyone needing pet cremation services. Thank you for making this difficult time a little easier."

When the painful day comes when you have to say goodbye to your beloved pet... Paws In Paradise should be your one and only call. This is the 2nd time we had to call upon them. The 1st time was in 2021 for our son's Bearded Dragon named Zero and most recently for our family's beloved dog. We lost our baby in the early evening time and they came during the night after hours giving our son time to make it home from Austin to say his final goodbyes and they were so polite, so understanding and so gentle with our Majesty. When it was time to bring her home they showed the same compassion and did an amazing job with all the keepsakes which came out beautifully. Thank you Paws In Paradise for turning a very difficult day/week a lil easier to handle by giving us peace of mind knowing she was in such caring hands till we brought her home and we could start to heal from our loss.\nThe Sanchez Family
