Zack did a great job on Sadie's summer shave down! Sadie's a recently rehabilitated feral dog, terrified of people and everything else.. Zach was brave enough to take her on, and I am forever grateful! He was very kind to her and me. Thanks Zach! She looks and feels beautiful!

When I picked my dog Macey up from her grooming appointment, they brought her out with her foot bandaged. They told me that they had cut her paw while grooming her. It was bleeding so they had to wrap it in gauze. They didn't bother calling to tell me this had happened. When they wrapped her paw they placed two metal clips on the gauze to keep it on. As soon as we got in the car, Macey immediately knocked the metal clip off and started to eat it. Thankfully I was able to grab the clip.

Zack is so kind to my dog, poor Max, he is scared to get his nails cut , Zack hold him up and pet him… like treating a toddler🤣

I was delighted with the grooming they did. My little Schnauzer was nervous going in as usual when he got groomed in Dallas, but when I picked him up he was happy and content. The haircut they gave him was perfect. So I got two benefits here, a happy dog and a wonderful haircut.
