These guys are awesome! I have a 140-140lb Cane Corso named Duke and he is a sweetheart but intimidating. The girls here all love love him, he starts jumping when I ask “do you want to get groomed”. They take very good care of your pet and he leaves smelling amazing, what more can you ask for? Lifetime customer here🤘🏻

We (me & the pup) love Puff & Fluff (North 32nd location)! I recently enrolled my dog in the pampership program and he looks forward to getting a bath & brush every week now! The only negative thing is that my dog walks in there like he owns the place now and doesn't even say bye to me :( lol. The staff is always kind and friendly and I know my dog is in good hands while he's there! Plus he comes out looking great!

We’ve been taking our pups to Puff and Fluff for nail trims for a few years now. They have gotten to know our dogs and are so nice! They always do a great job and have patience with one of our guys who is pretty nervous about trims. Definitely recommend!

We have been going to this location even before it became Puff & Fluff so for many years. In our last 2 visits, I've become very upset and finally angry at the care my dogs were NOT receiving. The time before last, both dogs came home with the same dirty faces they'd had when I dropped them off. I'd asked for a trim around the face of one dog and that wasn't done. What was really upsetting was that after 4 hours there, one dog was still wet!! I take them in first thing in the morning so they don't have to be gone so long as they get nervous and upset being away from home. I filled out the survey, explaining what had upset me and no one ever even replied. For the next appointment, i called to make the appointment and again expressed my distress. This time when I picked them up, BOTH dogs were wet and one hadn't been brushed out! They were the first ones there that day and they'd had them for 3 hours!!! Why weren't they tended to when they arrived??? It wasn't as if there were others ahead of them! They also told me my one dog had fleas!! We cuddle and hold and pet our dogs a lot and if there were fleas on one, we would have seen them, the other dog would also have them and we would as well!! I'm so disappointed and won't subject my dogs to such shoddy treatment here anymore.
