Yes, my first time to take my dog. My dog is 13 years old. He is very protective.I took him to other places they can never finish his haircut because he wants to bite. Betty did a great job.I'm very, very pleased with her job.Everything was great, and he looks great. Now I find a place I could take my prince. Thank you

LOVE THIS PLACE! Driving 30+ miles for the BEST groomer is worth it when you see the meticulous quality of care & cut being delivered! Pricing is more than reasonable which allows for a greater tip of appreciation! Proper timelines and expectations are spot on! I also observe the overall temperament of fur friends- they’re all happy, tails are wagging! At pickup they’re not scared- all the staff just give constant luvins- just like a family home!

Shelly has been extremely caring while grooming my senior dog. He can be a handful, and he requires lots of patience. She has definitely earned the five golden stars.
