Shampooch 2

We’ve been taking our dogs to Shampooch for about 10 years and have always had an excellent experience. We primarily go for nail trims and anal gland expression, and everyone we’ve worked with has been professional, friendly, and wonderful with our dogs. The team truly cares about the animals they work with, and it shows. I highly recommend Shampooch to anyone looking for a trusted, reliable grooming business.

I’ve been to the bell location several times now and they always do an amazing job. My dog gets very nervous (to the point of shaking right when we walk in the dog) going to groomers and the staff always make Reese feel safe. Her cuts always come out so great!

Ask for Micah. He did an excellent job and for three dogs, two small shi-tzu mixes and one extra large labradoodle with a unique pink Mohawk. The age range was 9 month puppy to 9 year old large dog. Puppy had been challenging for groomers at large Pet chain store such that they didn't complete the job.\n\nI was a little concerned that Micha could handle the dogs since the younger one had issues elsewhere but he punches above his years it seems (younger guy) and apparently has quite a large following/reputation for doing creative and good work, so I took a shot.\n\nThe price for all 3 dogs was significantly lower than the chains store and he included teeth brushing, conditioner blow out and some sort of blueberry scent scent. Earned his $60 tip.\n\nAll in all a very easy and pawsitive experience.\n\nAsk for Micah and tell him you saw this review.

Do NOT trust your dog's grooming to this establishment. I dropped off my 10 month old puppy for grooming and picked her up, with no consult from the groomer. As can be seen in the pictures, she was cut several times in her leg and groin area to the point of bleeding. She seemed absolutely traumatized and would not eat or drink for several hours after taking her home. I was NOT ONCE told that there were ANY issues with my puppy and not warned of the cuts she had received. I called back and spoke with both the groomer and supervisor only to be told my dog was awful, and the manager proceeded to hang up on me (yes, I was upset). She's a PUPPY and this was her first time at Shampooch. If I were cut that many times I would protest too. How incredibly mean. In addition, if a groomer cannot handle a dog for whatever reason, stop the grooming process and have the client pick up their dog. I was never called nor notified of her "behavior" until I called to complain. Why continue to harm the animal? Our puppy is now being treated for cuts and possible infection. STAY AWAY!
