I had a very positive experience with Restful Pets during one of the most difficult moments of my life.. saying goodbye to my sweet Sadie girl.\n\nFrom the beginning, the coordinator on the phone was incredibly kind and patient as I tried to get through the call while emotional. Dr. Falcone arrived at my home on time and communicated clearly beforehand. She was calm, compassionate, and very gentle throughout the entire process, which made an incredibly hard moment a little easier.\n\nBeing able to say goodbye to my dog in the comfort of my home meant everything. It was the most peaceful scenario possible under such difficult circumstances and absolutely worth it after 14 wonderful years with my pup.\n\nI later received Sadie’s ashes in a beautiful cedar urn with a certificate of cremation and a thoughtful note. They also notified my regular vet’s office, who sent me a card, which meant so much.\n\nI’m very grateful for the kindness and compassion shown to me during such a hard time. I would highly recommend Restful Pets to anyone facing this difficult decision.

Highly recommend. I had to say “see you later” to my soul dog, Genevieve Avery Higgs, Jan 18, 2026 this year. She was just shy of 16 yrs old (March 2010). When the time came, I knew in home euthanasia would be my only choice. I didn’t want her last memory being frightened and anxious going to a clinic and I didn’t want the memory for myself either. I scoured Google, sent too many emails and left painful voicemails checking on pricing and availability. I stumbled on All About Restful Pets, Desert Ridge AZ from a Reddit post. When I called, I was greeted on the other end by a delicate voice I learned was “Shelley”. She was soft spoken, her voice felt like a warm hug understanding the painful reason her line rang. She walked me through their booking services and offered to help with any questions I had after reviewing their website. The appointment was made.\n\nDr. Viktoria Pugnetti met my husband, myself, and our three dogs on that dreaded Sunday. She was so compassionate. She was so delicate. She was so sympathetic. Genna just absolutely LOVED the Christmas tree - we left it up this year so she could enjoy it for as long was she was with us. She took her last breaths in her bed, in front of the tree, her paw in my hand. Dr. Pugnetti cried with us. Kissed Genna’s back and never ever made me feel rushed. I asked Dr. Pugnetti, how does her career not leave her heartbroken every day - she explained she chooses to only see the depth of love that animal brought to our life. She doesn’t look for the pain, she witnesses only the love and what a wonderful gift she can be a part of a peaceful passing.\n\nI will NEVER seek any other euthanasia service than All About Restful Pets. I cannot recommend enough. Even a week later - I received a hand written card from the staff at All About Restful Pets.\n\nLast thing - I did opt to buy a paw print ceramic, not only is it perfect, a friend text me a picture of the sunset the evening Genna crossed the rainbow bridge. You can’t tell me otherwise Genna’s paw print doesn’t match the Arizona cotton candy sky. She knows. I know. She’ll always be with me, in my heart for all my life. She was the best dog I could have ever prayed for. All About Restful Pets was more than I could’ve prayed for in this incredibly painful experience.

On Feb 4, 2026 my sweet boy, Zeus, needed emergent assistance over the rainbow bridge. Dr Falcone so graciously came out within 2 hours even though we were after hours and outside of Maricopa. She made the whole process calm and peaceful. I can't recommend All About Restful Pets enough. They went above and beyond for our family in our most desperate time of need. Thank you so much for your kindness and your speedy assistance. My handsome man is in a better place and was able to go surrounded by his family and in my arms.\n\nWe got a paw print that night and received his remains within a week. So he's been returned home and is in a special place with his favorite things.

I want to thank the whole team at Restful Pets. The whole team were Amazing. My ZOOEY ( 9 year old Chocolate Siamese) fur baby was dying from Kidney failure was in a lot of pain. She has been in and out of vet care since Thanksgiving 2025. I was referred to Restful Pets by the Emergency Care staff member. They showed up within 2 hours the same day. I want to give a shout out to Gina Sarnelli! She was Wonderful from start to finish. She was patient, gentle, very caring and very supportive in making sure Zooey got the best treatment. She didn’t rush the process and was very knowledgeable on answering all of our questions and concerns. She made our Zooey feel like a Princess going into Heaven. She died on 12/26/2025 at around 11 pm. When I received her remains at the USPS office ( they delivered to our home, but no one was available as it required a signature.) The box was nicely packaged and secure. Like I said before, everything was Fantastic from start to finish. I will definitely use Restful Pets again and refer them to family and friends. From the bottom of our hearts my fiancé Patrick, our 9 year old Boxer (Cooper) and I ( Susan) want to send many thanks to the whole team! Thank you for having this type of service!

My 18 year old cat, Spooky, was diagnosed with oral squamous cell carcinoma 2 months ago. It progressed very rapidly, and we knew it was time.\n\nI had expected the procedure to be more clinical, however, it was very compassionate and peaceful. Dr. Pugnetti was kind and thorough in her explanation of what to expect. She reassured us that we were making the right decision for Spooky, and that she would feel no pain or anxiety during the process. The visit took about an hour, and we set the pace. Spooky passed on our couch by the window, her favorite spot, while I held her. Dr. Pugnetti took a paw print keepsake and was kind enough to take a clipping of Spooky's fur for us. Spooky was wrapped in a pink plush blanket and placed on a pink cat bed. I didn't know I needed this detail, but I did. My husband carried her out to the car and we said goodbye. Her ashes were returned to my local vet for me to pick up.\n\nThis service preserved Spooky's dignity and provided much needed closure for my husband and me. I am very grateful that we were able to give this final gift to my little friend of 18 years.
