This is our third door from JGM. I have had great experiences at all 3 locations. Customer service-A+. Install-A+. Quality-A++. The team is amazing, and the door is great. Could not be happy with the purchase. I pray I don’t move again but if I do I will call JGM for my fourth. Can not go wrong with this company. And your dog will be happier than you are for the purchase.

We needed a dog door relocated in our house and JGM Pet Doors were amazing. They moved the dog door, which included the relocation of a wall outlet I thought we might lose, they filled and patched the old hole and texturized both interior and exterior walls. They did an amazing job and were very reasonably priced. We are very satisfied!

Was referred to this company by Gilbert Glass as they didn't offer an in glass pet door. I asked if they knew anybody who did and they said that multiple employees have used JGM and that is who they recommend so I gave them a call.\n\nSuper smooth quote inquiry online with a quick follow up call to schedule the appointment. They went over the cost for an in-glass door option but the price is astronomical. I had concerns with an in-wall option as the only couple places I could have it installed there was a lot of electrical both inside and outside to deal with. The man on the phone stated that it shouldn't be an issues and that they don't charge extra to move wires if needed so I scheduled the install.\n\nThey give you a range of colors to choose from but I stuck with the white/white option. JGM makes these doors in house and they have thought of everything. They are double flapped with 5 sets of magnets per door. They have a built in locking mechanism and the stopped is pretty robust and well built.\n\nSteve (?) showed up on time and we went over the install location. He went to work and took his time to make sure he made a clean cut, picked up after himself along the way, and explained the operation and warranty I could expect.\n\n*** note, there is definitely an off gassing odor of the plastic door for a few days, especially if it is warm outside but I suspect it to go away pretty quickly.\n\nOverall very happy with install and professionalism from JGM.

Great customer experience and quality dog door product. I was referred to JGM by family who had a door installed a few months prior. I left an online “contact us” form on the JGM website on a Sunday afternoon, just to get a quote and an idea of options and assumed it would take a week just for a reply. With in an hour ( Sunday afternoon still ) owner Greg called back. He was awesome on the call - helped me narrow down models and gave a fair quote and an install on Wednesday. Installer Justin was just as good. We set up a 3 pm, but he called to ask if he could do earlier day-of. So he was beyond prompt and very communicative already. Was professional and polite and knowledgeable on-site , got right to work and left no mess. It is a loud and dusty process , cutting thru 12 inch block wall, but only about 90 minutes to install and tidy afterwards. Our dog loves it. Double flaps and carpet for the dog will keep insulation of our precious Phoenix AC better. Trim colors were perfect too. Highly recommend the product and company. Dog approved. Thanks again

My 3 days dogs use the previous JGM installed pet door continuously each day. JGM was out today to replace the flaps and carpet kit. I appreciate the great on time service at a reasonable price.\nHighly recommend👍
