Great store! Took my Rat Terrier and Corgi in for nail trims and a quick bath. They loved it! Also got freeze-dried dog food! Plus, there are great sale selections! My guys love it!

BEST customer service! Jacqui helped me, and she was absolutely wonderful! She was so extensively knowledgeable about everything in the store and incredibly friendly. I was specifically looking for dog treats and very particular items I need for a pet gift basket for work. She helped me locate EVERYTHING on my list! The store has such a wide variety of products and I definitely suggest it if your dog has specific dietary needs. 11/10 on my whole shopping experience.

Great store! Well laid out. Well stocked. More and more varied inventory than I've ever seen at a companion animal store. Plus, the staff was so friendly and knowledgeable.

Hailey is THE BEST!!! (She’s a groomer)\n\nWhen I called she was SO patient and explained the entire process and felt so comfortable just from our phone call that she was the right groomer for my dogs. She got me an appointment for both dogs, very quick.\n\nNeither of my dogs have been professionally groomed and only I have ever brushed and bathed them.\nLet me just mention that I have two huskies!!! Yes!! The fur!\nShe made them look so beautiful and amazing and was so friendly and told me how each one did etc. There is no way that I could have even brushed and bathed them in the time that she did. She trimmed their nails, fur, brushed, washed, and dried!\nShe’s a master and understands dogs, truly understands them!\n\nHands down I will be returning to Hailey for grooming my old fur babies! The ultimate best

Hailey was an amazing groomer. Our shy dog was so nervous but she made him comfortable very quickly. She even listened to how our dog is having problem with slipping on our floor at home and she asked if she could trim the hair in the pads of his feet to see if that helps. Highly recommend Hailey!
