Kelci did a beautiful job grooming our anxious mini poodle. He looks fresh and adorable with his new cut. So happy to have found a local groomer minutes from our house. She’s also super sweet! Highly recommend.\n\nWe also bought his birthday cake from the store last year and he loved it 😊

Called for an appointment monday and they offered next day availability but unfortunately that didnt fit our schedule. They asked if we could bring him in 45min instead. Yes I can! Super fast service, staff was very friendly. My 5 year old 65# husky has only been to a groomer 3x before so I was concerned if he was going to be well behaved.. he was apparently resistant to the blow dryer which the staff informed me. They were patient with him being uncomfortable and the end result was great! Hes smells great, has way less pockets to pick(husky owners know) and he even came home with a super cute bandana.. the price wasnt bad, the customer service was great, we will definitely be bringing chase back for more grooming.\n(We brought him to another groomer by copper basin and the 2nd time i asked how he was and the lady told me good. Then charged me for 75#, when I said "hes 75#?" She responded "he may have lost about 10# in fur grooming him" my wife brought him to the vet a couple days before and he was 65#"\nI would much rather be told my dog is a pain then I can tip more for the difficulties than to be lied to like the last place!\nThanks for your good, honest service

Amazing amazing amazing! I took in this sweetheart and he’s never been groomed before. The before and after pic say it all 🥰🥰 Ashley did an amazing job on this sweet boy and I nearly cried when I saw him. I will be bringing my maltipoo to Ashley as well! No more Petco/PetSmart! Couldn’t be happier. They had so many options for baked goods for dogs it took me forever to decide! I can’t wait to go back. All pink everywhere inside 💖

I’ve owned dogs for more than 40 years of my life. I have used a LOT of grooming services. Mobile, store front, home-based, etc.\n\nTHIS IS THE BEST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD..\n\nThomas took care of my Havanese and did a beautiful job. Expert quality. Impeccable customer service. Our ol’ man is OLD. He is crusty…. And yet, somehow—- Thomas made him look like he has some life left in him.\n\nSo grateful this little shop opened up.

Cute bakery and store front. Employee was really nice on the phone with scheduling and communicating with me through text. Ashley was the groomer who groomed my boy Paco and she did a wonderful job. The main things I needed taken care of were his nails, teeth brushed, ears and anal glands since he had been scooting a bit. They can only express anal glands if you get a bath/one of their packages so I got the luxury bath. I paid $55 for everything plus tip. The only thing that somewhat made me feel meh about the experience was the girl at the register when dropping my boy off and picking him up. She may have been the one who I talked to on the phone initially when scheduling which was a positive experience. But in person, felt kind of standoffish and/or being nice because she had to. I don't remember her name but she had half shaved eyebrows with the ends going upwards. Overall it was a good experience as this was my first time ever taking my dog to a groomer. He smelt amazing, was so soft and looked dapper as ever with his little bow.
