This little guy appeared hungry, in tact and his days were filled with roaming and getting into scuffles. Once identified he was indeed on his own, Planned Pethood provided great care at a very reasonable cost. Thank you Patricia, for being incredibly patient with my many questions and for providing Sandi a great surgical experience. Today he’s neutered, updated on all his necessary medical, healing well and I appreciate the team in Zephyrhills on this first time experience.

I've been to their sister facility down the road. Just like them they have an amazing staff and even on a Saturday coming in at around 12:30 to a walk-in clinic, I was out of there in a bit over a half hour. The prices are great too. My fur baby is happy and healthy!\n\nEdit: I just absolutely love these people! In the process of getting him through his Kitty shots and let them know my buddy still had the tiniest little drop of blood in his stool and they narrowed it down to being the hookworms being persistent from the last treatment I gave him. Just another 3-day treatment and he hasn't had any issues like that in over 2 weeks. They didn't scare me with other possibilities, they just said we're just going to do this because it's the most likely issue. If it kept going after they said they would figure it out. In my case thankfully, it was the issue and it was wonderful and I just can't express enough how thankful I am to them!

All I can say is that these 2 places killed my dog. Paco my dog was lethargic wouldn't eat, got skinnier and in pain! Went to Planned P, both of them! They wanted me to come back in because after doing blood work, checking him out which they said showed nothing and they examined him they said, couldn't find what was wrong. I couldn't go back there! Your not allowed! I knew something wasn't right with my dog, how can you not know whats wrong?? Your doctors!! I got a second opinion at Wesley Chapel Planned Pethood and I was there till 4pm!! All day to say they couldn't find what was wrong too! My goodness! I decided to get a 3rd opinion at Dade City Animal Clinic. Dr Taylor took one look, no test or nothing and knew exactly what was wrong! A whole month he had Hookworms!! A simple FECAL test he took! Something Planned Pethoods didn't do!! Simple Test!!!! I called them and said they said, Good Luck? I demanded to speak to the manager at Zephyrhills. She hung up on me!-Didn't want to hear it! You're kidding me! I called the one in Wesley Chapel next. The girl kept telling me I need to speak to the manager. I never got a phone call!! My dog lived 2 more weeks! All because of these places!! I will never fo back to this place! They are the worst and useless! Because of Planned Pethood my dog died!! A simple FECAL TEST is all he needed! Beware!!!!!! All they care about is money! Tell you to come back because they don't know what's wrong! Both of them places are horrible! Run!!! Beware!! The bad reviews tell you the truth!! Look at the bad reviews! All the good ones are FAKE!! They have sooo many bad reviews! I shouks of looked before I took him to these places. Cheap? Yes they are cheap! They get their money by saying nothing is wrong and you keep going in for more tests!! Run!!!!! Your Animal is worth more!!

The staff is so kind. They are also very affordable and take great care of your pet.

Horrible. I showed up for walk ins at 9:35 on Saturday morning was told to wait in my car because it would be a while. 4 hours later at 1:30 my Dog had yet to be called. I walked inside and asked about it and was told “we called you at 11 am and left a voicemail you were a no show” incorrect. I showed my phone log and showed I never once received a call. She repeated the number back it was my number nobody called it. They brought my dog back after that and then it was another 45 min she was back there all for them to not even check out my dog correctly. I was quoted $835 for a cleaning when my dog has Horner syndrome. So instead of actually looking at my dog and being able to diagnose that I was just told my dog needs cleaning to help with the issues she’s having. This place is an absolutely joke. It might be cheap but it’s not worth the hassle. NEVER returning.
