I can’t say enough wonderful things about this groomer. From the moment we walk in, I know my maltipoo Lucas is in the most caring, patient, and loving hands. Maddie truly treat every pup like her own, and it shows in every detail — from the calm energy to the beautiful results.\n\nLucas always comes back happy, relaxed, and looking amazing. It’s such a relief to trust someone who genuinely cares, takes the time to listen, and never rushes the process. You can feel the love they have for animals, and that makes all the difference.\n\nAnd what a surprise- today we got a personalized Christmas Ornament that I will treasure forever❤️.\n\nThank you for always going above and beyond. We’re so grateful to have found you and wouldn’t go anywhere else! 🐶💖

I brought my Carson boy here for his very first visit and had such a wonderful experience! Maddie was our groomer, and she was amazing—she really listened to what I wanted and absolutely delivered. Carson looked great! I highly recommend Maddie and this place. The staff is super friendly, and the location in Bexley is so convenient. We’ll definitely be back!

We have been coming to Woof Gang Bexley since it opened and we have always been pleased by their service. My pup Mimi has health issues that makes it a bit challenging to get groomed more efficiently, but the groomers at Woof Gang are ALWAYS so gentle with her and always take the time to read her body language and not push her too hard. Jessica did a GREAT job getting her all shaped up and she smells soooo good! Thank you guys always for loving on babies the way you do. My girl seems much happier

We had a great experience. I am so sad I cannot remember our groomers name, but she was so patient and sweet with our silly/scared guy. It was his first professional bath/cut and the before/after photos say it all. From booking to drop off and pick up, all was very smooth. Was impressed how quickly he was done for all the work.

My 9 month old Bernedoodle puppy has been getting groomed by Star since she was 3 months old and she always looks adorable after. My puppy is very hyper and not very cooperative for baths and Star has taken extra time to work with her and make her look amazing. Thank you!!
