I loved them. I thought they were amazing until what I'm going through started. Let me just say this instead of some huge story. Had the vets here LISTENED to my concern and not gave a damn about money over everything. My dog wouldn't be bleeding internally I wouldn't have needed to take him to an emergency vet for answers I wasn't getting. And I wouldn't have had to scream and cuss God for killing my 5 year old dog because it's just not fair. Had they listened when I said I don't think it's just hives on him I think it's something inside of him that caused him to go blind NOT SARDS, and that more was going on than that. I wouldn't be watching my soul mate in dog form die in front of my eyes after only having him for 4.5 years. If they would have listened when I said something was wrong with the back end of him and all they did was check his leg movements and send me home with prescriptions that wouldn't work. .I would have gotten a other 10 years of walks laughs tricks. Ball tear ups, box destroys, and everything that makes. (Made very soon) him, him.

Best. Vet. Ever.\n\nNo one could help us with our cat. All they wanted to do was test, test, test. And with no real explanation why. Dr Kern explained to us what could be happening. What we could find out. What our options were. And then allowed us to do what was best our little treasure of a cat.\n\nNow he's eating again, purring and our hearts are easy, knowing Dr Kern has our backs.

We have been taking our dogs here for the last 20 years. We have always seen Dr Kern, and she is great. She is very compassionate and helpful. Last year we saw Dr Dieter when our smaller dog torn a ligament in his back leg. Dr Dieter did surgery on my doggie and I happy to report that it's like nothing ever happened. My dog is running, jumping without any issues. It wasn't cheap but it was reasonable, especially compared to what I was quoted by another vet. Thank you

This place just seems to put money before the health and well-being of both cats and dogs. They refuse to refill antibiotic prescriptions without charging an office visit fee even though the animal isn't able to make it to an additional appointment and only got worse and after getting a second opinion on a different animal, it seems they just didn't want to help when there absolutely were steps that could be taken. I've had numerous people recommend against this office and I'm planning to just steer clear until something changes and they care about pets before profits.

I visited this hospital after calling last minute, I got home and my 10 y/o female Olde English Buldoggee had really bad diarrhea, they had me in within 30 minutes, Dr. Kern checked her thoroughly and made her recommendation, she also offered treatment for a long lasting allergy related ear problem, she requested past records from another clinic, it’s now been 1 week, her stomach is a lot better and so is her ear. This will be my dogs clinic from now on, staff is great, prices are accessible and while waiting in the car outside on my second visit I saw the staff coming in and out of the office greet everyone by their first name, very personalized service, I love it and so far I love the expertise and customer service skills Dr. Kern provides. I highly recommend this hospital you will not be disappointed.
