Needless to say, BarkLife came recommended. Decided I would stop in and make my reservation for my dog to be boarded. I delt with Hannah who was very helpful, she gave me a quick tour as to how the setup was, I was please and excited about finding the perfect spot with 24hr supervision. To add to what I thought would be the most comfortable for my dog, I purchased the penthouse..his own room, bed, TV and I'd be able to see him.\nDropped him off with excitement of having some much needed time away, so the first day I did not check on him through the cameras, because I had received photos of him outside playing, thought oh good the second night I happen to check the camera he was barking and barking, I thought maybe just restless and went on with the rest of our evening, check the camera before turning in for the night and he was still barking constantly, as I continued to watch for hours, he continued to Bark, mind you he's a 9 years old and very docile yellow lab. I watch in disgust as my dog was in distress through the evening, as I seen an employee walk right by him with her head phones on, she didn't even stop to ck in on him. Cut my time short and headed there to pick him up.\nI paid my bill and left stating I will NEVER go back there, the girl at the desk, stated we do the best we can.\nGot home, brought my dog out potty only to find that his urine was orange and he had a huge hot spot on his neck, took him to the vet right away, his hot spot was not yet I infected, but he was dehydrated. My suggestion to anyone whose thinking about boarding your babies\nDon't assume. The overnight employee is there only to clean!\nLook elsewhere!!

This facility and staff is amazing and exactly what I was looking for for my pet. Thank you Jay and team. What an incredible place. I will be using and recommending your services. The owner should be proud of this incredible layout. Thank you for answering my questions.

I boarded all six of my pets here—two Chihuahuas 🐕🐕, two Persians 🐩🐩, and two Sphynx cats 🐈🐈—and Bark-life took incredible care of each and every one of them. Leaving that many pets isn’t easy, but they made it completely stress‑free 🧡\n\nJenny, Kathleen and Amanda (Manager) were amazing with communication 📲✨. They kept me updated and made sure I knew my babies were happy and doing great the entire time. That peace of mind is everything 🙌\n\nI also had all six of my pets groomed on Saturday, and Missy did an extremely good job ✂️🛁. They looked and smelled fantastic, and you could tell they were handled with patience, care, and love 🐾💖 I am beyond satisfied and will definitely be returning.

there's NO WAY this place has 4.8 stars. They are so difficult to deal with. The have ridiculous requirements. My dog had a temperment test not even a year ago. and because he hasn't been there, he needs another? he's 8. not a puppy. and so the very young girl tells me that I can have an 11am for temperament and 12 for daycare but I have to send over his updated vaccines. which I did. at 6pm. they close at 8. never heard back from her, no email. It was never booked. so I can't take him today which I needed very badly, because people here can't do their job properly. Why should I have to check up on these employees to make sure they are doing their jobs? I asked what time they received my email.. she said she couldn't tell me.. isn't every email time stamped? and it's their mistake yet nothing was being done to admit and rectify that. STAY FAR AWAY from this place.
