They truly love the animals that come in to their shop to be groomed, we use them all the time for ourLittle boy, his name is Bear. He can become a little aggressive when he's becoming groomed he doesn't appreciate it as much as he should so we have to dope him up a little bit to have him groomed ,and they treat him so well. By the time they are almost done grooming him he's usually cuddling in Jen's arms. That's another thing, ask for Jennifer she's truly the best she absolutely loves animals. They also do boarding and have some pet supplies in their shop as well.

I have a 15 year old husky that has some difficulty standing for long periods of time so I had delayed getting him groomed for probably 5 or so months. They did an AMAZING job deshedding and grooming him.

I’ve been using Pretty Paws for over three years. They have groomed all 6 of my dogs, poodles, Old English Sheep dog and wiener dog. They are professional and always caring. Maurice was 16 and I could count on them to be tender and thoughtful with his grooming. Their prices have gone up but still a good value.

This was our first time at Otto’s. Lizzy & Jen took the time to listen to what I wanted and did a fantastic job with our Bernedoodle and Irishdoodle! They also gave us a Christmas card, clear ornaments with our pups names and hair clippings inside and adorable bandana’s. Super thoughtful and sweet. Look forward to going back and knowing our doodles will be well taken care of. Thanks again!

Best place to take your pup for grooming. I have taken my peekapoo there the last 3 years. If something is wrong they make it 110% right. I highly recommend using them if you need pet boarding and/or grooming services!
