Just got my puppy groomed there and they were so nice! It was my puppy’s first grooming so I was nervous of what she was going to look like with a cut and it exceeded my expectations. Caroline did a great job of grooming Aspen!

What an amazing place and people! I found this place around 4 months ago, and I won’t change it any time soon. I use to bring my shih-tzu to Petsmart, and I noticed that her hair was not good at all. It was all choppy and some areas were shorter than others, so I decided to look for a better place. That’s when I found Woof Gang Westchase. Her first appointment I saw immediate change! Her energy was completely different than before (all happy and excited! She didn’t even want to leave lol)! Enrique never disappoints either! He is super knowledgeable and helped me fix Lilah’s hair. And she always looks amazing after her grooms with him! Will 100% recommend! Super happy with this place, because it’s noticeable that they care for your furry kids! Thank you Enrique, and everyone working here ❤️\n\nHere’s a before and after of Lilah! (She was already missing a bow lol)

Brought my rescued Maltipoo, Bailey to get groomed by Caroline. This was the first time she would be going to a groom facility. Wasn't sure how she'd react. Happy to say it was a positive experience. She loves Caroline (and that says a lot because she doesn't like new people) and was a good girl. I am relieved and happy that we found our groomer. Highly recommend them and definitely Caroline!

That's the best place to take your pet to groom they are very friendly the whole staff are wonderful. They come out to greet you and take their time to talk to you and see what exactly you want and they do exactly what you want. My puppy Princess love them and the store and everything to birthday supplies for your pet to clothes treats, food. I give them a 10 star. They are amazing book your appointment now you will go they forever. Way to go Woof Gang kudos to all the staff.

Our Husky Kiya is so dramatic and spicey, but\nAmy handled her Kiya’s tantrum with grace and did an amazing job with her grooming and deshedding her coat!\n\nEnrique always does a great job with our Husky Tonka and takes her arguing in stride! She is tough on groomers, does not like one minute of the process and is happy to tell the groomer just how she feels, but Enrique powers through and Tonka always comes home looking amazing!\n\nI have tried several groomers with these two stubborn and argumentative sled dogs, but either their tantrums and screams are too much or the brushing provided is sub par - but Woof Gang always handles them both with no complaints and super good brushing and deshedding! They are really a notch above the others I have found and so nice to have just across the street in Westchase!!
