Recently took my Golden Retriever, Toast, here to get groomed. Toast is such a sweet boy, but very anxious in new environments and can be very shy. The staff was absolutely incredible with him. They made him feel so comfortable and they did exactly what I asked them to do! The staff also is extremely friendly and welcoming. Super satisfied and happy to find a new place for Toast! Pics attached :)

They did a very good job on my dogs nails, all other places it takes 3 people to do his nails, she did them by herself, and so quick,I'll definitely go back there ,next time they need cut,,

Sandy’s is by far the best pet spa in Chicago!! They helped my sweet Bo Peep who hasn’t been properly groomed in a long time. I almost didn’t recognize her when they were done!!! By far the best she’s looked in her whole doggy life and I couldn’t be more happy. The owner, Jess was super helpful at making sure everything went smoothly. 10/10 coming back here again soon!!

Lyric did an excellent job on my daughter’s standard poodle.

My boys have been seeing Deela for a year or two at this point and she always does a great job, we love her!! I have a large and a small dog, both with different personalities and needs, and they both love going to see her and she’s wonderful with them.
