Amazing! Not only does Sady do a great job grooming my dog, she truly loves her and it shows every time we go in for a grooming and my dog gets so excited to see her. We found Havana Pet Salon 10 years ago and we’ll never go anywhere else.

We have been going to Havana Pet Salon for years. Sady and her team are very welcoming and do the most amazing job. I went to several other salons before finally finding Havana Salon. They are very patient and treat the pups like their own. If you’re looking for someone to take good care of your dog while also providing great grooming skills, this is your place!

I've been going to Sady for years! She has seen 4 of my dogs and does amazing work every time. Very easy to contact and my pets love seeing her! Very sweet lady, professional, loves her clients and is very clean. highly recommended

I see the poor reviews based on service people didn't get - I believe this is a shameful and unfair way to judge Havana Pet Salon. I have been taking my dog Buddy there for nearly three years - they are always very kind and accommodating. Buddy doesn't do well around other dogs and they make sure to let me bring him early before others arrive. This type of going out of their way to provide good customer service is outstanding. And not something you see much of these days. Perhaps the people who gave negative reviews should consider that the reason they are booked is because they are so good. They know the number of long time clients they have on their roles and how often those owners bring their pets for grooming. If they had space in their schedule I'm sure they would accommodate. So, if you are lucky enough to get in during an open time, be happy that your pets are being cared for by a group of people who truly care and are so good that they stay consistently booked with loyal customers.
